This Dell monitor is an absolute value for money. I set it up in portrait mode next to my 32-inch screen and it fits perfectly. Definitely worth the money.

This is my 5th Dell monitor since I started working from home off and on 2 years ago. I started with 2 Dell monitors and have stuck with them as I expanded my work from home setup to 3 monitors and added a computer for my wife with 2 monitors. I like the design with the single center mounted base with wire management and smooth back. All of them have been reliable and easy to setup. I am very happy with the quality and the value they offer. - Good build quality. The base is solid and does not wobble or shake on my desk. - 2 HDMI inputs. Auto switching works well between my work computer and personal tablet computer. I did have to purchase a generic display port to HDMI adapter for my work computer, which is working without issue. - Easy no tool assembly. Good instructions. The box acts as a stand to help with installation of the base. - Image quality is good. Images and text are sharp. No edge bleed or dead pixels. The default color setting is on the warm side, but there are several preset color modes for quick adjustments and blacks are accurate. - Brightness/contrast are good. I currently have contrast set at 70% and brightness set at 55% in my office, which gets a lot of sun light midday. - Response time of 4ms, 75hz refresh rate and free-sync are good specs for gaming. - IPS improves off angle viewing (like when showing someone something who is standing next to me/over my shoulder at my desk). - Includes one good quality HDMI cable that is a little under 6ft long. - Power supply is integrated for a cleaner look (no power brick) with a 6ft cord (detachable for transport or swapping). - Hidden 100x100mm VESA mount. I am glad Dell chose to offer a cover plate for the mount when not in use since the back of my desk is visible and this gives the monitor a clean look. Things to Consider - The base/back are not quite black (more like a graphite gray). I only noticed, because it does not match my “black” Dell monitor I purchased last year, but they are close enough that it is not a Dell breaker for me. - The base allows for tilt adjustment only (no height). - Digital connections are better if you have them available, but compatibility is limited to computers with an HDMI or Display Port (w/ an adapter). If you have an old computer with a VGA port (analog) this is not the monitor for you. - This monitor does not have speakers or a USB hub like some monitors do (more $). Not an issue for me - I initially used my laptop for audio/video, but now my center monitor is a different Dell with built-in camera and speakerphone, so this works great as my second display in ether case.
