Nice picture at a good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a standard 27 inch LED monitor. There's no frills, compared to others, but it also costs a fraction of the others. If you're using this for normal, non-gaming, tasks, this 27 inch monitor is great.

No luck but while there I looked at the demo model and read the description card underneath it. I checked that the stock number was that monitor on the card, and it was. The three specs I was looking for were listed as 1920X1080, 5ms response time, and the one that made me buy it 76Hz refresh rate. I placed my order, received the monitor and connected it to my computer. First thing I wanted to do it make sure the monitor was set up right. When I checked the monitor was only 60Hz refresh rate. I went and looked up the Dell specs online and they list it as 60Hz. After talking to customer support about being deceived in their description that I should receive some form of compensation for the deceptive description. They basically said "that's to bad and there's nothing we can do about it". I waited a week to receive this product and made two trips to the store. I'm returning this and will just use Amazon or Newegg next time. Never Best Buy again.

Excellent monitor

It has built-in speakers but very hard to hear but no complaints as it is ok. Bestbuy is very good at price matching this monitor with the online price I found and I am happy with bestbuy customer service
