At first I couldn't figure out the sound but then read that this monitor doesn't come with speakers, but no worries as the Bose computer speakers are affordable at Best Buy.

Figured out that the hdmi connector was the issue. Barely touch it and it turns the monitor off. Also turns off even if the cords aren’t being touched. Pretty upsetting.

It only took a little while to get used to the slightly curved screen. I replaced on of my 24" screens with this and it works very well in a dual monitor setup. My other monitor is a Dell 27" flat panel. There is great info available on tweaking the color settings. I love the increased screen real-estate and its great for gaming. Pay attention to the dimensions of the monitor to make sure it will fit in your space and then enjoy.

Really loving it. I wish it had built in speakers, but that’s a minor detail to me. Definitely recommend this product.
