Great monitor, price excellent, son uses for gaming and completely satisfied

I got this Dell 27” monitor during a flash sale for $120 plus tax from the regular price of $180. Worth it for me because it’s great for gaming with many options for the type of use you want out of it. Great brightness and adjustment levels. Just a heads up, these monitors DO NOT have speakers in case you’re looking for with speakers. All in all, great monitor. Oh and I bought two!!

I spent a little more than a month looking for a quality monitor at a reasonable price to use for photo editing in Lightroom. This is a great looking monitor and the image quality is very nice. Its a great monitor all around, so much so that I ended up buying a second matching monitor. I highly recommend this monitor.

Good color and definition. Was easy to install. 27 inch size is easy on the eyes.

Only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is lack of displayport input. Awesome picture. It's now my main monitor in a 2 monitor setup. For the price, cant complain at all though

Bought during Black Friday, pretty good price I have to say. Comes with a hdmi cable, Im using it with my MacBook Pro and it works just perfect. The screen is big but the only problem is the 1080p resolution might not be clear enough for this 27 display. With Mac interface, some certain buttons might not be clear, but overall, I’m satisfied with this 27 1080p display, got everything you need

Got this monitor for a PC build for my girlfriend. It is perfect for her. The IPS panel is great and offers great color. Overall, we are satisfied with this purchase. Only complaint is no VESA mounting with this monitor, so be aware of that.

I have always maintained a dual monitor setup in my office, and had upgraded in the last year on my main monitor to a Dell S2716DG with G-Synch at 2560x1440 resolution, primarily for gaming. My 'off' monitor that showed my mail, youtube, the news or whatever I wanted to watch while gaming was a LG Flatron that was getting on 6-7 years old, and served my 1080 needs well. The only thing that really annoyed me was that the two monitors didn't really 'mesh' well side by side, as the build was different, the LG bezels were huge, the screen colors/hues were off...it just looked messy. I happened to see this monitor on sale one day, and after checking the specs saw that it was (almost) a perfect match for my other Dell, at least from size/shape, construction and bezel size. It was inferior in spec, but still a pretty solid looking 1080p monitor for all of my non-gaming needs. Once set up, my side-by-side now looks pretty seamless, and the whole desk environ feels cleaner and more intentfully matching. If I didn't game (or gamed with a less snobby attitude to gear), I feel like this monitor would service well for current titles, and as a media player, its fantastic. At the cost I got it (close to $100), it was a steal for me.

I am using this as a productivity monitor, as opposed to a gaming monitor. For that purpose, I think this monitor has a great balance of performance/size/price. It's large enough to fill a nice field of view at a comfortable distance, but without being so big that the 1080p resolution would lead to the pixel structure being too noticeable. Colors are very nice. Refresh rate/motion smoothness is good too -- but again, here I'm talking about work/productivity type use... I can't comment on how it'd be for gaming.

I bought this to replace my smaller computer monitor which just stopped displaying in HD, So far it has met my expectations. It is much bigger and the HD picture resolution is crisp. The only thing is that it doesn't have a speaker. Good thing is that my old monitor has a speaker and it still works. So it's just fine with me.

We purchased two of these for our gaming computers. The picture quality is great as long as you use the HDMI cable that is included. Any other type of hook ups that you might do could possibly lower the quality and cause frame rate chairs that are noticeable. The refresh rate is great for most games but I noticed that there is an image burned kind of like a ghost image from any type of windows or anything that is left open either way for a prolonged period of time. It is noticeable when you come back and start doing something that you will see previous images from whatever was left open.
