Dell 27" Monitor

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing a loose connection on your monitor. First, make sure to use the drop in power cord provided in the box.
Second, make sure the power cable is fully inserted. When inserting the cable into the port on the back side of the monitor make sure to hold it by the base (thicker part near the end) and insert in a straight forward motion. After the cord is inserted into the port, pull on the cable a few times (about 3-4 inches from the base) to make sure it is secure and will not come unplugged.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with S-Series monitor. Once you have an image, press the button nearest to the power button to open the OSD menu of the monitor. There, you will find a variety of options including adjustments for brightness and contrast. These values can range from 0 to 100% for your preference. We hope this helps!

Budget friendly, faulty out of box

It won't stay seated correctly so the monitor only stayed on if you physically held the cable in place where it connects into the monitor. I presently have it taped into place while I locate a replacement cable.

Seems used

This arrived poorly packaged and screen damaged.

It was not in original package, just a generic box without padding. Screen was damaged and didn't work. It wasn't even a refurbished item. What happened BestBuy?
