Item came sealed with packing tape labeled "Inspected by Best Buy". The bottom line is this was not NEW and had been previously opened then re-sealed. This fact was not disclosed or indicated as such on the website.

screwed up system

They tried to charge me for the computer today, so I figured they had it in stock, I called them and they said they didn’t know when they were going to get it. But they were going to charge me for it. I canceled the order. Please look for my future business.

This hurts.

I fired it up only a few times now I have a blank screen. Sorry I brought this. and of course it is just out of warrantee.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We apologize for the issues you have come across with your Dell 27” ISP LED monitor because it is showing a black screen.
Your monitor has a built-in diagnostic tool that helps you determine if any screen abnormality you experience is an inherent problem with your monitor, or with your computer and video card.
To run the built-in diagnostics:
1. Ensure that the screen is clean (no dust particles on the surface of the screen).
2. Press and hold Button 4 for about 4 seconds until a pop-menu appears.
3. Use Button 1 or Button 2 to select the diagnostic tool and use Button 3 to confirm. A gray test pattern appears at the beginning of the diagnostic program.
4. Carefully inspect the screen for abnormalities.
5. Press Button 1 again to change the test patterns.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to inspect the display in red, green, blue, black, white, and text screens.
7. Press Button 1 to end the diagnostic program.
If you do not detect any screen abnormalities upon using the built-in diagnostic tool, the monitor is functioning properly. Check the video card and computer.

Dell monitor

Either the monitor or the cable is defective. I had foot surgery and cannot return it back to Las Vegas since I live in Pahrump. I wasted a lot of money on a seniors budget.

Faulty after about a month.

Switched to an old monitor to see if the issue would persist or determine if it was my graphics card. The dotted line disappeared with my old monitor. How do I go about using the warranty? Bad quality

Dell is not interested to find solution for my problem and I don't really want to drive back to Best Buy to return this monitor and look for another one. Waste of money, would not recommend.

Bad monitor

Couldn’t handle decent settings on a 2080 Super. Lots of screen tearing. My wife noticed it and she’s never been a gamer. This was for her. Returned it and bought a different monitor

Color on it is atrocious

I have one from last year and one that's this model, there are blurs across the screen if you move too fast, the color is not rich at all, it looks half grey most of the time. Do not buy it.

Thank you for your and review. We apologize for the issues you have come across with your display resolution. We would love to help right away and have provided steps below that can help adjust your resolution through Windows 10.
Setting the resolution in Windows 10:
1. Close all open programs.
2. You can either right click Start, and then click Control Panel or click on start and type Control Panel and click the icon that appears.
3. In the Control Panel window, click System, and then click Display.
4. Select the monitor you want to change, if more than one is connected to your PC.
5. Click on the Resolution drop down box to see a list of recommended resolutions for that display.
6. Click on the one you want, to change the screen resolution, and then click Apply.
7. Click on keep changes if you want to keep the new settings. If not select revert.
- Note: If new settings do not work, Windows® will attempt to revert back to the original settings automatically.
8. Restart the computer to ensure that the changes stay in effect.

Ugly open package, big waste of time

Instead BB delivered an ugly OPEN package with MISSING PARTS on my front porch. Now I have the hassle of returning it. Very disappointed BB would try to get away with this.

Delicate screen

Thank you for your feedback and review. We apologize for the issues you have come across with the monitor. Your feedback on the return process is greatly appreciated. We have provided steps that can be used to run a Self-Test on the monitor to help diagnose the issue.
To run the monitor built-in self test (BIST):
1. Make sure that the monitor screen is clean (no dust particles on the surface of the screen).
2. Unplug the video cable(s) from the back of the Dell monitor and the PC. The Dell monitor should now enter self-test mode.
3. Press and hold Button 1 for 5 seconds. A gray screen should appear.
4. Carefully inspect the screen for abnormalities.
5. Press Button 1 on the front panel again. The color of the screen should now change to red.
6. Inspect the screen for any abnormalities.
7. Repeat Step 5 and Step 6 to inspect the screen in green, blue, black, white and text screens.
8. The test is complete when the white screen appears.
9. Press Button 1 to exit the built-in self test diagnostics.

Not Satisfied with Mounting & Display Quality

Monitor came defective
