easy set up , no issues to report, i trust Dell when it comes to a Desktop computer

This is a good PC & has good interactions with internet. I would give it a higher rating except for two things: 1) prices have shot up ridiculously high for PC's; when I bought my previous one 10 years ago, I paid 1/3 the price & newer technology is definitely not more expensive. 2) I wish manufacturers would go back to incorporating both a speaker jack & a DVD read/write drive into their PC's. It's annoying to have to add a separate DVD device which uses up more desk space. And don't get me started on Microsoft's planned obsolescence on PC's by forcing everyone to ONCE AGAIN buy new PC's or switch from Microsoft products.

I had to replace my Dell computer to accommodate Windows 11, and so happy I did. This unit is so compact and fits into its designated area with ease. As always, Best Buy is there for me whenever I’m in need for technical supplies and support!

For $900, not worth it. I stuck w/Dell having over 13 years with current 1 that is os10 running great despite geek squad saying hard drive failing and before that a Dell desktop lasted over 10 years. I don't care for the usb ports split half in front rather than all in back concealing wires enclosed in heavy wood computer desk. I don't see much of a difference from os10 and my biggest complaint is spent 3 hours on phone with IT specialist because MS security features prevented installing printer drivers even though printer compatible with OS11. Keyboard and mouse cheap and very short cables. Only reason i bought new was because hardware couldn't be upgraded to OS11. On the + side it is sleek lightweight. I prefer Dell based on longevity past experiences just wish MS put more of an effort into OUTLOOK and was it really necessary to end os 10 support ? Buy before tariffs increase price

Browsing is such a luxury feel. It is fast and the images show beautiful colors. I love and i m happy with purchase….it was an open box purchase and i don’t regret it ❤️

I’ve been really happy with this PC. Setup was quick, it boots fast, and everything feels snappy for work, browsing, and multitasking. It runs quietly, stays cool, and the case/ports are laid out in a way that’s actually convenient. Overall it’s been a reliable, no-drama machine and a great value for the price.

Unit is performing as desired. I7 processor is snappy and responsive.

Very easy start up and very fast. The specs on this unit are Intel i7 processor with integal graphics, 16GB ram and 1TB ssd storage. This PC was purchased for the transition to Windows 11.

I always use Dell for my computer, only difference this time is I did not buy it from Dell.

One week in and working well. Not too much bloat ware installed. Faster than my 10 year old i7 XPS. About $150 less at Bestbuy than Dell online for same setup.

Only had about 3 weeks but is looking good!!! Would highly recommend!!

does everything i need it to do. it's a great upgrade from what i had.

As is typical with Dell, this was very easy to set up. Had it running in no time. Keyboard is functional but kind of cheap, but I upgraded to wireless keyboard and mouse. I use it for home and small business. Works great.

Satisfied with this Dell Desktop. So far no issues at all.
