I love my Dell Slim Desktop Computer

But, what I love more is that when I turn it on, it's on almost before I take my finger off the switch. And when I open something, it opens immediately -- I mean IMMEDIATELY!

Great new PC!

Then I went to the Richfield store to Geek Squad for transfering data from my old PC. They did a fine job, but weren't clear about the process of notifying me (and my need to schedule an appointment with them) so I could pick up my new PC. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything I need, perfect for home

My new Dell is amazing; it even comes with AI Copilot, super responsive, and easy to set-up. The only con for me is I wish the speaker plug was located in the back, not the front.

Set up with Mitchell at Geek Squad

Did everything we needed and explained the process. Very patient with folks who aren’t computer literate. Thanks Mitchell. Makai was great to me n initial visit
