    Great 2560 x 1440p monitor

I purchased this as an open box item but it unfortunately arrived with a broken screen. I went to my local Best Buy store and they graciously exchanged it for a new one. I am very satisfied with this monitor. I am a student and spend many hours per day staring at a screen and working on a computer. This screen puts less strain on my eyes and has excellent quality. I was debating purchasing a 4K monitor instead of this but they are still slightly too expensive for the size I wanted and I was able to get this one not only at an open box price but also on sale and with a rewards discount. If you're looking for a monitor and are looking for 2560 x 1440p, this is one of the best options for the price point. The non-glare screen is great, the stand is versatile, the bezels are really thin, great brightness, accurate color, and overall a very sleek looking monitor. Some people seem to have complained about the power button but I haven't really had a problem with it. If you're intentional about how you place your finger on it, it works every time. Cable management is relatively easy with this monitor. My only real complaint is in regards to the orientation of the plugins on the back of the monitor. The inputs face straight down towards the desk so it can be cumbersome to plug something into it but overall a very minor complaint. The monitor also comes with a mini display port cable (works with mac FYI) which was a nice surprise. If you have a bunch of money to throw around and want 4K for the stunning picture quality, I would say go for it. However, beware that there is not much content yet available in 4K and you'll have to upscale the display (i.e. zoom in so you can read the text otherwise it will be too small). 4K monitors will also probably get a lot cheaper over the next year so it may be worth waiting for prices to drop. Also, be sure your graphics card in your computer/laptop is capable of running a 4K monitor. This may not be true of laptops/computers older than a couple years. I was reluctant to purchase a 2.5K monitor but for the price (and the fact that I needed one now) it was definitely worth it. Big improvement from 1080p, especially in workspace. I have more room to work with on this 25" monitor than I did on a 28" 1080p by quite a bit.

This has been a great monitor for video editing. Great color accuracy that I feel confident grading footage on and the UHD resolution is perfect for the 25inch size. If the monitor sits relatively close to you on the desk then 25 is a great size.

Crisp, clear, and clean. It can rotate vertically when set to its maximum height. Best part is linking multiple screens together. My only concern about his screen is the power button. It's really hard to turn on and off.

Great monitors for the price. Very crisp and clear picture. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is the power button. It is not an actual button that you push. You are only supposed to gently touch it for it to activate. One monitor works as it should, the other doesn't. It takes alot of tries to get it to work the way it should.

I am a medical student, vlogger, and movie creator. I have a 2015 macbook pro with retina display and it is a great screen for my mac. The multiple display ports and the included display cable gave me a quick start. The added screen real-estate with the higher screen resolution really improved my work flow with excel sheets and papers for school as well as video editing. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade from a 1080p monitor but is not comfortable or does not want to spend the money on 4k. The colors look great and all the ports give it so much versatility. This is definitely overkill for anyone who just needs a computer screen for Facebook. I will be purchasing a second one in the future.

I upgraded from an older TN 1080 monitor. I wanted a nicer IPS for my dual setup and something with higher resolution. A 4K monitor seemed like overkill in the 25-28" range so I went with this QHD. This model was originally released in 2015, but is still in production. I don't do graphics for a living so the 99% RGB space is good enough for me in a higher end model. The prices fluctuate a bit so there may be times where the newer models are closely priced. The QHD resolution jump on this monitor is useful to increase production and the dell monitor utility allows you to partition your screen into multiple layouts. The small bezels also make this great for a side-by-side, dual setup.

I researched for over 3 months and decided on the Dell ultra sharp U2515 monitor which is just right for my photo editing. I can view my monitor from any angle and it retains the color and clarity that I expected. So far so good!

This is a great monitor. The online reviews were accurate. It paired well with my Asus MD32CD-B09, also from BB. Price-Match by phone took a while, but worked. The picture is a noticeable an improvement from my antique HP monitor. It's disappointing that changing display inputs is manual, but not a deal-breaker.

Great monitor, but a little cramped

This is really a great monitor (especially if you can catch it on sale as I did), with good color, great viewing angles, and a super adjustable stand, but the dimensions are just a bit too small for the resolution. I've been using Apple's old 27" LED Cinema Display for years as my main monitor (same resolution as this monitor) and it is the PERFECT combination of screen size for this resolution, but they don't make it anymore, and comparable 27" monitors from other brands still seem significantly more expensive than this 25", so I settled on this one, and though it's cramped, I have it hooked up at home, where I don't end up using it very often. If you don't mind a cramped resolution (or if this will be a secondary or infrequently used monitor) this is a great bang for the buck, but if you're looking for a monitor that will be your primary display all day at work, etc., I think a bigger one is probably worth the extra dough.

It's always hard to beat the quality of a Dell monitor, especially an IPS Dell monitor. One of the best 2560x1440 monitors out there. Your eyes will love you for it.

The sweet spot for resolution and screen size. Paired it with my surface dock and surface pro. When windows 10 is set to 150% scaling, the monitor provides large and crisp text which makes web browsing and creating documents a pleasure. The monitor doesn't feel overly large and does not take up much functional desk space. I purchased it while on sale and could not find a retailer that offered a lower price!

Got this to review documents in portrait mode, and it works great for getting everything on screen at once. The one drawback for this is that it's slightly too big physically, so it's a tad uncomfortable scanning information at the top of the screen for long periods of time. My only other complaint is that it takes a little while wake up.

Since I do a lot of video editing, I needed a monitor that was decent in resolution and passable for minor color calibrating. It's not a monitor for true color correction, but it gets the job done. Out of the box mine had a 2.8 DeltaE, which is pretty good. I calibrated with the X-Rite i1 Pro and came to a 0.4 DeltaE. If you don't have a calibrator, I recommend it. If not, just leave it in Standard mode and don't meddle much with the settings except for the Brightness. This monitor does have IPS-Glow, which is different than Backlight Bleed and is actually normal. I hope to add another one soon.
