Not only did this not work with my ASUS laptop (though It obviously did work with my dell work laptop) the instructions don’t detail what “most devices” It is compatible with. Outside of that after connecting this device to both devices they experienced glitching and power shortages. The usb c cord is set up so that weather the plug is on the left or the right the adapter is in the way. The hassle was not worth It. Returned.

I was slightly skeptical being that I’ve only worked with powered hubs, but this really surprised me. I just wish that it supported two monitors (HDMI)

For me, I have multiple monitors, so I had to return it for a different brand and model Dock.

I still kept this adapter and have found great use for it. The main purpose to display multiple monitors is covered.
