    I bought these controllers to use with the Windows Mixed Reality headset from HP. At the time that I purchased the headset the controllers were not available and so I was pleasantly surprised that Dell was making the controllers available without needing to purchase another headset. If you have a Windows Mixed Reality Headset from any manufacturer these controllers will work. I'm a HoloLens and Windows Mixed Reality developer and I'm really excited to be developing for this platform. If you're a consumer and looking to purchase these controllers then you'll need to have a headset to use with them. As mentioned above, you can use any Windows Mixed Reality headset with an appropriate Windows PC.

    I thought I would be okay with just using an xbox controller but these really let vr shine!

    I'm not rating the device in itself but its compatibility with the other headset brands. My tests indicate that they are only compatible with the Dell headset. I tried them with my HP developer edition headset and they did not work. I assume many of those having HP developer editions are buying them. If you have good luck let me know.
