When it came in, the device would not power up. I returned this item a total of three times. Not sure if there is a bad batch in manufacturing but all 3 thunderbolt 4s that were sent to me each had the same problem. No power.

1. Disconnect USB Type-C from the system and the WD22TB4 power adapter.
2. Re-plug the WD22TB4 AC adapter.
3. WD22TB4 dock LED blinks 3 times

Monitors flicker on and off constantly

At first it wasn't as common but began to pick up. It is now a week after my return date closed and now it's so awful. I have seen this issue on Dell docking stations but figured there are some good reviews, but unfortunately, I too have joined those with the same issue.
