I own a Dell XPS 9550 and needed something that was smaller and lighter so it'd be easier to carry around while having good specs and I'm glad I chose the Dell XPS 9380! First off, upon opening the package, I was really surprised at really how small this laptop is (i.e. it's smaller than I thought it would be). Second, when configuring the laptop for the first time, everything worked fine - no driver issues and all the updates downloaded and installed properly! Third, I'm just amazed at how smooth everything runs on this laptop and the 4K screen just solidifies it even more! Overall, if you're looking for a portable laptop that can handle any tasks (except hardcore games), then I highly recommend you check out this laptop! Lastly, the build quality is nothing short of amazing!

This laptop is awesome! It's 4k which looks beautiful, Intel i7 8th Gen which is fast. I got this laptop for school and personal use. The only thing I don't like that made me a little mad at myself for buying it was that it is horrible for gaming. This was kind of my fault because I didn't know what specs were good for gaming and I would have bought a gaming laptop if I knew better. I recommend it if you want to use it for personal use, work, school, or stuff that doesn't require high specs.

This Dell XP13 is thin, light, and fast. My only complaint is the lack of a USB port. It says it has one in the description, however it is an attachment for the thunderbolt port. One other notable topic is that the black faux carbon fiber shows every fingerprint which could annoy some. The battery life is great and it charges very fast. Overall this is a great laptop.

Real World Review!

I'm a college student, wanting a great laptop with a great screen for lots of reading, studying, taking notes etc. I'm NOT using this for gaming but would like to watch the occasional movie. The 1tb SSD is probably overkill but it was on sale so it seemed silly not to go for it. The "experts" say don't spend the extra $$ for the 4K screen on a 13" laptop. I say do it! The text is so crisp & clear, and the picture is phenomenal. I love the edge to edge screen and it is so light to tote around to school or work for studying. It would be great to take on a plane for travel as well. My last DELL lasted over 10+years and still works, just needed an update for school. Great job Dell!

Bought this for a coworker in our software company. It's light and easy to carry back and forth to work, and with 512GB/1TB, it's powerful enough to handle all the windows we open and programs we run daily.

Beautiful, fast, light. The only thing that would change would be the size of the screen, I made a mistake in choosing the one of 13.3, the next I choose one of 14

I love my xps13. Easy to use, light weight, and great screen resolution!
If I could improve one thing, it'd be the speakers. It isn't great at projecting music/voice. My Samsung Note10 is louder than this laptop.

Love the portability and weight. It does lose its charge quite fast so I have it plugged in when using it. Wish that there’s an easy way to keep the USB adapter.

Good PC, but note USB Ports are limited so you will need to use an external set of UBS Ports
