A week into using this laptop and it is honestly top notch. The carbon feel is smooth and the keyboard is just great. The fingerprint reader is a plus. Camera quality is a eh, but honestly with HD, it fixes it up. Sound is amazing and microphone is fantastic. I had been a part of the inspiron family for a while and transitioned from an inspiron 7373 before looking at the market for a new laptop. I went on to purchasing the inspiron 7306, which was an amazing upgrade. BUT what they didnt tell me when I asked an associate of which one to get between an inspiron and XPS is that the 7306 was having issues with their new updated software. A week into the 7306 and I was already having issues with it, bios wouldn't update and laptop kept turning off and freezing and wouldnt turn on after several attempts. Returned the laptop and another associate told me they should've told me to get the XPS 13, because the new inspiron has had issues. Wish the first associate told me that. Anyways, Im happy with this laptop, XPS 13. As mentioned, sound is amazing, great screen size, smooth mouse pad, keyboard etc... just great. PS if youre looking to get accessories such as a case, screen and keyboard protector this one has it. Not the inspirons.

I like it so far, just makes some noises when it heats up, it charges fine maybe take a little longer than I want but over all it’s nice. I do however wish it came with a keyboard cover or laptop case. The apps like word or PowerPoint have to be moved to easily access it once u customize it to your liking it’s good. I’m obsessed with touch screen apple could never hehe

Great machine. Very very very fast! amazing display amazing keyboard. The only issue is that I had to buy a mouse having a thunderbolt receiver.

I have been searching and searching for the perfect 13 in laptop for me. With the exception of 16GB (this laptop only has 8), this checked all the boxes so when I saw an open box for what I considered a steal, I went for it. Pros: Beautiful aluminum build The infinity edge screen is AWESOME. The nearly bezel less design is fantastic. Fast with no performance issues (although I’ve only had it 2 weeks as of this post) Cons: Backlit keyboard doesn’t provide much light Ports... I would love to have more that just the 2 thunderbolt ports. This is truly a debbie downer but guess I will just get a dock to allow more connections. Overall, I would recommend for anyone who needs a PC for school and surfing internet.

Purchased the laptop for personal use. It's been great so far. I love that it's so light. Will perfect for when we can travel again. I will eventually use it for managing my photos but for now it's perfect for browsing the internet and occasionally working from home.

Precisely what I was looking for in a laptop. Lightweight, right sized screen for me. Got this for gradschool as an upgrade from what I had and am very pleased with the purchase.

This is a computer for professionals, good for home and office. Keyboard light, touchscreen and the mouse are sleek. Easy to navigate around and the battery lasts longer.

I like the laptop. My uint had an issue with the screen (was an open box). I ordered one from Dell because I like the size, keyboard and track pad. Buy this machine.

The product arrived as expected. It was purchased to replace a Microsoft Surface Book (series 1). The laptop works great, is compact and lightweight, but packs a punch with speed and transitioning between applications.
