Video quality of screen is amazing. Best Buy sales person helped make selection, very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I picked Dell XPS 13.4 Touch Laptop.

Defective Out Of The Box

Out of the the box the Dell XPS 13.4 touch laptop was defective. Neither the keyboard nor touchscreen worked. Dell support not much better. After 3 frustrating calls they finally decided to send a replacement rather than a tech which was the first response. What a nightmare. The replacement is supposedly arriving 3 weeks after the defective one was delivered. Will never again buy a Dell via Best Buy.
