The laptop is sleek fast and very comfortable. My girlfriend didn't love how small the size was but I found it to be lightweight and convenient. It is a shame the port selection is so limited, especially for this price point. But if you love USB-C ports only or have extra cash to get a docking station for it then this is a great choice.

I highly recommend the Dell XPS laptop for anyone looking for a high-performance machine that strikes the perfect balance of power and portability. The sleek design and lightweight build make it easy to take on the go, while the high end processor ensures speedy performance for even the most demanding tasks. Its reliable battery life means you can work on the go or enjoy streaming your favorite content without worrying about running out of juice. The high-quality display and exceptional audio provide an immersive experience that is unmatched. Overall, the Dell XPS laptop is a top-of-the-line choice that will exceed your expectations in every way.

Laptop runs great. I love that the ram and storage are upgradeable! Carbon fiber keyboard deck has a nice texture. Only upgrade is I wish the screen was slightly higher resolution.

Dell XPS 13 Plus is a futuristic Sony VAIO

This laptop is amazing and very powerful. I love everything about it. From the seamless glass haptic touchpad to the captive touch function buttons, this bring back so many similar design memories to my old 2001 Sony VAIO. Not that it really looks anything like the old laptop, but it has the SONY / DELL feel. Robust, but futuristic and fully capable to handle anything you can throw at it. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who has struggles with larger laptops but wants power and design at their fingertips. If only DELL could toss in a dedicated graphics card, this would be the ultimate machine!

If you get this unit, first thing after you set it up is to uninstall "Dell Update" and download the newest 5.x+ version. Then it will update everything for you, including critical BIOS updates that fix almost every issue, including the resonating keys at higher volumes, power loss, and other issues. It works well, and I scored a good deal on it. The trackpad is sleek, and while the keyboard is unique, it only took a few minutes to get used to it. Battery life is between 6-9 hours depending on the load. The OLED display is crisp, and at only about 13 inches, there is almost no difference between this and the 3.5k display. Dell did well with this model, which is surprising since their QC the last few years has been questionable. Very lightweight, and if you need a bigger SSD, it takes about 5-10 minutes to install a new one, it is not soldered. The battery is also easily replaceable, so this can easily last several years. Runs like butter once all the updates are applied. 100% recommend. The keyboard is also very satisfying.

Very sleek and portable. New touchpad design takes some getting used to but then is same if not better than a standard one. Lack of ports means you'll want to pickup a USB-C dock as well. Overall, a very fast performance laptop.

Good laptop but it gets very hot and the battery doesn't last too long. I would recommend the computer if you plan to be near an outlet frequently. It is very well built but the battery life is kind of a killer for me.

Pros: - Super snappy performance for a thin/slim 13.4" laptop. - The FHD+ display looks sharper than the 3.5K OLED version from the close-up! Also 500 nit brightness! - WiFi 6E (vs WiFi 6 on XPS 15 9520) - Nice and comfy keyboard - Silver hides scratches and small chips better than graphite. - Speakers sound great! - Dell engineers did an amazing job managing heat in this small package! Cons: - Touchpad: random click sound (not real clicks) when you push down the bottom left corner of the wristrest. - Touch-bar (a.k.a. capacitive touch function row): became non-responsive a few times - "With great power comes great heat" is an adage popularized by Intel 7 (10nm). JK! Overall, a well-balanced machine with a snappy performance. Could've been one of the best, if not the best, Windows alternatives to Apple silicon m1/m2 pro Macbooks, if Intel 3 (actual 3nm), or even Intel 4 (7nm), fab nodes were ready for this!

The laptop looks sleek, weighs lite for travel purposes, and should be functional for careful users. Has all the current capabilities expected from this category of light weight premium laptops. The screen is FHD+ touchscreen but there is a slightly more expensive OLED version also available.

This laptop reminds me of an old Sony VAIO laptop, if you know what that is. But if you don't this is an amazing laptop. The trackpad-less design is amazing, with haptic feedback, it really reminds me of a MacBook trackpad. The touch bar is great, with the small exception of wishing there were physical Escape and Delete keys. The key dishes in the zero-lattice keyboard are perfect and are really easy to get used to typing on, almost as if you feel you've been using the keyboard for years. The touch screen is perfect and the CNC'd Aluminum chassis just completes the small XPS vibe. I'd recommend this hands down!
