This is my second time getting this laptop. The first time, the click/haptic function on the trackpad stopped working about 2 weeks after purchasing. Otherwise, it’s fast, light, and the perfect replacement for me.

Ive never been a big fan of the XPS, but i really liked the 13” xps. Its ddr5 memory, storage, evo i7 puts it on top of the list

I have used macs for many years and wanted to try something new. I bought this XPS 13 Plus and couldn’t be any happier than I am with it. Took a little getting use to, considering I used iOS for so long, but it’s a great machine. Fast, and if you are using for purposes of work- this will fit the bill. Runs my meetings, spread sheets, PowerPoints, payroll programs, and large transfer with ease. I recommend. Lastly, it’s absolutely beautiful to look at and I get many compliments on it.

Nice size, lite weight and has needed requirements. But the operation system is not working after an update -Microsoft. Just bought 7 days ago for child in college. Spent 90minutes on phone with tech. Unable to resolve. Have to go in the store….

Dell came in perfect condition. Fast, beautiful and still flying like a rocket. Thanks

I wanted to love this laptop. I really did. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the device and purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360. Everything about it is sleek and futuristic. It really felt like I was using a device that was a decade ahead of everything else. The keyboard was the best keyboard experience of any laptop I've ever used, including Surface and MacBook devices. The issue was Dell. I've heard a lot about Dell's quality control problems for decades, and, unfortunately, it's still a major problem that ended up being a dealbreaker for me. There were issues with the graphics and wifi cards out of the box, especially when trying to output wirelessly to an external display. There is really no excuse or this functionality to be so unreliable. At one point, while projecting to an external display, I got the dreaded blue screen of death. Fortunately, I was able to quickly restart but connecting wirelessly continued to be a pain. I would also randomly have the display flicker intermittently. It didn't happen frequently enough o be a problem, but enough times for it to be a concern. I was coming from a Surface laptop (that I gave to my brother who was in need of a computer at the time), which was all around the most reliable laptop I have ever owned. Honestly, it's difficult to get a reliable and well built machine running Windows that isn't a Microsoft Surface. PC manufacturers, especially Dell, need to really get it together. There is no excuse for the poor performance of all these Windows PCs. It shouldn't be this difficult to find a reliable device with all the specifications you want and need. If you need a new Windows device, just save up for a Surface device. You may not get thin bezels and an OLED display, but you get the most reliable and long lasting device that is worth the price tag.

The laptop is great for the price and very effective process, quite and also does not heat up too much, also the fan is pretty quite. Downside the clickness of the trackpad is not that great

Lightweight, Touch screen works great . Observing little heat after using for hours otherwise great. Sensitive keypad not for rough use.

Very light and modern, I like how small it is too but still as powerful.

If you need a computer with different size ports this is not the computer for you. I was adivised to purchase a devise to allow me to add different ports but it was too heavy and kept pulling out and when I plugged it in I got a warning the the efficiency and some of the operations would be impacted. Best Buy has been true to their word and is allowing me to trade in my new laptop for a version with various ports

Great size, powerful but still small laptop. One issue we had was the clock came out of sync and didn't automatically update itself.

I had a lot of software issues. Every time I would reset my laptop it would stay on that loop for several minutes until I would have to force reset it. The fans were loud and it overheat. I just returned it instead of dealing with all those issues.

Nice screen and high quality build in a small form factor. Could have used a higher refresh rate and a bit more power for the price.

Excellent light weight laptop Wish it has an HTMI4 and a regular USB port. Would be great if it could be paired with several stylus

I’ve always been a Macbook person but much prefer windows as a desktop. I wanted a windows laptop since it was requied for certain school stuff and I wanted it on the go. I did some research and took some time looking at all the laptops on display at my local BB, this one stood out the most. For the price compared to others st the time, I was getting a better display, better speakers (which sound great for a laptop) and decent specs. The screen resolution and quality was one of my biggest concerns on laptop and this checked all boxes. This does have a more square screen so if you prefer rectangular, look elsewhere or this may grow on you like it did for me. So overall for the price, this one made sense!

Dell has out done themselves with this one! I’ve had other laptops never had one I love uding like this one. The slimline light weight of this thing is amazing!

I buy these laptops on a regular basis for my staff and they work great. Out of 8 or 9, only had one small issue that required tech support and it was a simple fix. Easy to use, set-up and work with. Highly recommend!

It is a Light powerful laptop for a grad student !
