I have been using this laptop for a few months now and can say that I like it. Once I found out where the power button was and where to plug it in to charge, since they were not labeled, I had to figure out the new windows setup. Now that I am more familiar with the laptop after a couple of months, it is much easier to use. I also like that it is light weight enough to throw in my bag for travel, and holds the charge for quite a while. For a short one day trip, you can leave the charger at home. Nice! On the internet browser, it switches from tab to tab quickly without waiting for stuff to load. I usually have 6 or more tabs running on my browser at once. It is also nice to sit on the couch in front of the tv and not have to be hard wired to electricity. The computer is sleek looking in terms of thinness, and size, but would prefer a different color than silver, but is still nice. Bottom line is that I like the laptop a lot and am glad that I got it..my old laptop has to be hardwired for power and I am sure will go down pretty soon. This is a wonderful new replacement!

This is a beautifully and and travel with.sleek 13" OLED equipped laptop that I want to love and travel with. It is wicked fast and starts up in seconds once set up and updated after first start up. The screen is quite sharp and clear and a joy to watch movies on. I love the form factor but dislike the following short comings: 1.) The price is high for this size laptop computer. 2.) There are only two ports, both USB-C. One of those ports is used to charge the laptop. No provision is made for thumbdrives (aka USB-A) and no HDMI port is available. 3.) Battery life is an abysmal 2 hours and the laptop takes 2-3 hours to recharge using one of the USB-C ports. 4) The unit runs quite hot when using and causes the fan to run almost constantly. 5) The laptop seems heavy for its size. All of this has me concerned about using it when traveling via air on business or on vacation. The Dell - XPS 13 Plus 13.4" OLED Touch-Screen Laptop – 12th Gen Intel Evo i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Silver is a beautiful machine to look at and, as I said earlier, is wicked fast. Just be aware of the issues mentioned and enjoy!

This laptop is fabulous. It is compact and powerful. I love the screen it is so sharp looking. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is the worst laptop I have ever used. I bought it in August of 2022 and was excited because all of the reviews seemed very positive. Overall, I'm a big fan of the unconventional keyboard and the small size/big screen ratio. The problems started as soon as I got the laptop. From the day I got it the trackpad would get stuck in the clicked position and I would just have to wait for it to get unstuck. Fortunately, I was able to mostly resolve this problem by downloading an updated touchpad driver, although it still happens fairly frequently. Then, in January of 2023, the screen stopped working. When I plugged it into an external monitor, everything worked fine, even the touch screen, but the screen was just completely black. I ultimately had to send it to Dell for a repair, leaving me without a laptop for around 2 weeks at the beginning of the semester. Recently, the camera stopped working. I have spend hours working to try to find a solution without sending it back to Dell, given that my warranty expired, but nothing will fix it. Attempting to use the camera makes the entire laptop crash. Prior to this laptop I used a 2017 MacBook (that cost half as much as this) for 4 years and never had a single problem. I'm just a college student, so I'm not using any unusual or high powered programs.
