It Was a graduation gift to a niece, and she really loved it.

Dell offers good design and a great display. I do wish they came with a usb-c to rj45 network adapter.

We could not be happier with the Dell. This is the second Dell that we purchased in the last couple months and they are both XPS 15. I love my 16GB non-touch screen and 500 GB SSD. I bought this for my wife's when they were having a "Deal of the Day" sale and this was a much better laptop than mine, and we got it for less money. This laptop has a 16GB memory and a 1TB SSD which has more memory and it has a UHD screen, which looks great! The hard drive (SSD) is extremely quite and it not only holds a ton of things, it is really fast in processing. We have had a couple different computers and laptops over the years and we always keep coming back to Dell. We have heard complaints about the Dell service when you call them, but we have never experienced anything other than great help. I definitely recommend this laptop to anyone that is looking for a quite and thin laptop computer.

I love this laptop! Everything is running very smoothly and the touchscreen is great, albeit a little more flexible than I thought it would be. I also love the new trackpad size and the hinge is pretty great too. The white stands out and stays beautiful. Once again, a stellar XPS.

The Dell laptop works really well. I like the screen for doing movies and also app development. I also think that this machine is a good option if you can't afford to have the new MacBook 16 inch. With the m1 chip.

Overall a great computer. Got open box un excellent condition for $1350 with oled screen. Olny complaint is the cooling sysrem which has fans firing downward so it does heat up under heavy use if on a bed.

This is a good laptop considering the sale price. Just have to be lucky to get a good unit. Mine was third, don’t know if this will hold well…Look out for dead pixels, thermals, hinge looseness, missing screws..I like the white color but bad for keyboard lighting

Great computer overall. The touchscreen feature is limited to your fingers, which as a photographer I wish I would have known before purchasing. I have more "touchscreen" flexibility on my phone than I do on this laptop, which is very disappointing given the reason I needed it to be touchscreen.

Works amazingly but for some reason the McAfee security app comes installed and gives me a lot of pop-ups to extend my subscription. Essentially if I don’t want the pop ups I have to ignore the free 1 year protection and uninstall it. There no other way I have found to remedy it.

My wife desperately needed an upgrade and this did the trick. So many features, she’s learning about a new one each day. Has many of the same as a mac (what she’s coming from) but at a much more reasonable price.

This computer provides all the functionality I needed, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Edge. The screen resolution is excellent. The touchpad is the right level of sensitivity.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. I checked in with him and he said he absolutely loves it. It’s fast and does everything he needs it to do and more. Highly recommended.

I LOVE this laptop! Perfect for school, work, and playing Sims 4. The screen is beautiful, the only thing I don't like is only a few hours of batter life.
