A really nice thin laptop. But wait, there's more. More you have to buy! If you want to attach external devices like a USB 3 disk or even a usb 3 thumb drive, or use your TV as a second monitor you are going to need to buy a high priced external hub. Yet another way to get in our pockets.

Best laptop I've had in years. Fast, light and reliable.

We needed something fairly high-power but needing little customization so we could run AutoCAD and some other memory hogs. Right off the shelf (and on sale!) this was exactly what we needed. We ordered online, and picked it up later that day, so even the timing was perfect.

My only complaint would be that it is deceivingly heavy with the power pack included. If you are trying to carry on to a plane that has a 7kg limit for carry-ons, this unit takes up about half of that allowance. There are no USB2, USB3 or HDMI ports, so get yourself a USB-C hub to maximize its usefulness. I usually use it with a docking station/device of some sort, so the included lack of ports isn't a big deal.

The laptop is gorgeous. The screen is great. However, I needed this for editing pictures and it kept freezing on me. Also, the edge of the laptop is sharp and makes it a little uncomfortable for using the mousepad sometimes.

it's a monster! It has everything but everything that is needed in a notebook, it is an elite product, only for demanding users, it is not cheap but if it is excellent, I am not disappointed

This is an absolute amazing machine and is perfect right out of the box but the upgrade ability on it just is a real giant bonus for someone like me who does a lot of 3-D modeling. The screen and color accuracy is amazing and perfect for on the go working

I ordered an open box item but the laptop condition was excellent. It has awesome graphics and runs the games smoothly. I had issue with Xbox gaming pass but Bestbuy team quickly resolved it.

This is a great product. Super fast starts and shutdowns and great graphics. There is no lag. I have extended via USB dock to a 27" monitor, with connected accessories via a USB C dock, and it all works without a hitch. In addition to the usual, I am also playing MS FSX, with FS joystick and rudder pedals, and the frame rates are high without any drop. Battery lasts around 6-7 hours, and considering the processing power on hand, that is very good. All in all, a good product and a good investment in a laptop, should hold for the next 3-4 years. PS. I upgraded the RAM to 64GB.
