Perfect size and power for me. Disappointed that it does not have a single standard-size USB port. I have to use an adaptor to read and write to the still valuable USBs. I strongly studied the specs and it checked all the boxes for what I was looking for in regards to speed, screen, and more that I wanted to process multimedia. I guess I overlooked the items I wasn't shopping for specifically which have taught me to not assume but to also be aware of how I was filtering the information. It is still new but I expect (not assume) that it will be an outstanding laptop for my needs.

so far so good,, even though it couldn't set up from the beginning, cuz it froze up, for a new and expensive laptop I was disappointed, I'll keep using it but I'm very skeptical about it

This is a phenominal laptop. An i9 with 32GB of RAM and 1TB SSD provides plenty of firepower for the high end user.

I purchased this laptop to replace my home desktop. Couldn’t be happier. This is a SOLID laptop. Graphics runs great. Bluetooth connects to my XBox controller. How sweet!

After a lot of obsessive compulsive reseach along with extensive experience with computers this is the best choice I found. I like the ability to increase the RAM and add an extra NVME SSD. Remember to set the default GPU to Nvidia dedicated because it comes with the Intel Iris XE set to default. The chassis is solid and appreciate the no smudge carbon fiber palm rest. This is a future proof laptop!

I have had my Dell XPS 15 9520 for about a week now and I really like it. I was nervous about switching to a 15" screen from a 17" screen but the screen is actually really nice. I also really like the touchpad and the feel of the keys. It is really fast and responsive also. It does tend to get hot pretty quickly but I bought a laptop cooling mat and since I've been using that it hasn't heated up at all. The colors of the OLED screen really pop and my videos look great when I play them. All in all, I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. I'm still learning Windows 11 but am looking forward to figuring all that out. Also, Best Buy did a great job transferring my data from my other computer and installing and setting up several programs, as well as explaining various features of the computer to me. I'm a happy, satisfied customer! Oh, and the absolute best part for me. . . the sound is AWESOME!!!! I love playing my music on this computer!!!!
