Purchased this XPS15 as a combo work and play laptop, and I have not been disappointed. I was easily able to upgrade the RAM to 64GB and install a secondary 2TB SSD myself, so this will provide me with everything that I need for a long time. Highly recommend!

Laptop used for normal day stuff. Laptop has been a great addition to my arsenal of tech. Has not faultered in anyway. Always responsive and fast. Great that dell gave the option for end-user to upgrade RAM and M.2 down the line if needed. Great Laptop overall.

I have been looking for quite a bit for a laptop because i decided to go back to school to pursue another degree. Very satisfied with the laptop. 16gb RAM is plenty but for the ones who wanna upgrade, RAM is upgradable! Love that it comes with a little hub for USB-A.

Works Fantastic and Great Overall. My husband has been using it for his class work at school and I’ve been using it when I want to game with him. It’s a great gaming PC and we haven’t had any issues with running huge capacity games on it. Would buy another one of these if we needed it.

Great laptop but my husband likes the Samsung edge better. This laptop runs well and is fast. However it took hours to set up and several calls from the support desk. Apparently there was a Microsoft issue the day we were trying to get it ready for use

All in all, a very capable machine, that is fast, runners video quickly, and seems to crunch data rapidly. The only complaint I have is really my own fault, in that I intended to purchase a machine with Windows 11 Pro, not home. Otherwise, no complaints.

I bought this today and I'm basically doing nothing on this Dell XPS 15 but I can still hear the fans. The only thing that I had opened was Brave for my internet browser and just opened up the settings for the laptop itself and I could hear the fans. My ears can be pretty sensitive at times, I'm going to end up returning this and I will be switching it for the 15 inch MacBook air instead. Mainly because it's fanless. Also the Keyboard Backlight doesn't get that bright. Though the laptop screen itself does get very bright. Lastly, I wish this was at least a 2k panel and I have no idea why Dell is using a crappy 720p webcam on this laptop. Makes no sense at the end of 2023. I do like the build quality though, but that's about it.

Had a recent change to a hybrid work from home schedule, and decided to purchase this for remote work. It handles basic office functions smoothly, the processor, RAM and SSD built out is more than sufficient for a basic office workflow. What is not good is the heat build up and thermal throttling; this laptop gets hot fast, and the internal fans do little to keep it from hitting temps where the thermal throttling occurs with the GPU and processor. This occurs if you’re using any graphic intense program. Would not recommend if you’re a graphic designer or even for light gaming. Also, the display monitor quality on this laptop is so so, not as good as a MacBook Pro for sure. Otherwise, a somewhat pricer laptop good for basic remote work.

This laptop is a big upgrade from the Microsoft surface I had been using before. It may be missing the touchscreen/tablet features of that device, but it lasts all day at the office with a bigger more vibrant screen. The touchpad is enormous and it can handle modern games with only occasional slowdowns. I'm very happy with my purchase

Bought this for son for school. It was a good price point and with a good blend of power and weight. Also have been happy with Dell laptops in the past and didn't want to take a chance on another (cheaper) brand. So far son loves it and has no issues. Hopefully it will give many years of use.

This laptop is a solid build and has worked very well for me since purchased. it is fast, quiet, and has performed well on several applications that normally push any computer.

I was in the market for a new laptop. This one fills my needs for working from home as well as for helping with my hobbies and my streaming services. Very fast and has great sound. I do wish it was 4k for the money I spent though.

when you get a $2000 lap top for 900 on an open box deal can you say anything else? Nope. laptop does great for my college classes and has the best value ever for the price

EXCELLENT laptop! Very fast! Easily connected system to my wifi network and was able to transfer files, update system and be ready to go very quickly. Suprized at the ease of adding bluetooth devices and external video screens.
