Did my research and BB had the model I wanted. Customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did upgrade to Crucial 64 RAM and added 1T SSD. Machine is awesome.

I purchased this Dell Laptop PC with a 24-inch Dell Monitor. It is fast and all I could ask for. I am completely satisfied with l this combination.

It’s an amazing laptop that I use all the time now but sometimes it get hot and the fan makes noticeable noise but if that doesn’t bother you and you have the money it’s very worth it.

Good for gaming and work. I just hate how Microsoft always makes you log in to their cloud service and all that, what’s wrong with bare bones? Light and the matte screen is a life changer I can’t go back.

Great laptop! Was looking to upgrade from the worn out 12 year old hp I have. This does everything I need it to do and then some!

The display is beautiful and the speakers are GOOD. The touchpad is a little big and there are no USB ports except for the one in the dongle it comes with. Its got average battery life but charges quickly. It runs adobe software well as expected and can even play some games like Fortnite (lowest setting), Roblox, Overwatch, and Rocket League. Be mindful though because this laptop does have its limits and the fans do get pretty loud but the GPU temp has usally stayed beneath 60 and 70 degrees Celsius for gaming. I can do all the tasks I need to do and a little bit more.

Fast processing and smooth interface make this a great work laptop.

The computer system is no joke I love the way i can travel and make my work efficiently and have no problems whatsoever, had to check several computers before this one and nothing like this computer I have come to realize I had made a great purchase and pick for my life!

Great knowledge on the sales associate Ty, give helpful advice, and the entire purchase process was smooth. I did a trade in for my MacPro and that process was easy and quick. Laptop itself works well as far as now, occasionally has a glitch on when watch large videos. Can do all the work expected well. Compares to the MacPro the image quality may be lower due to lower resolution, but the resolution is great enough for regular work unless 4K or UHD on a large (50in +) screen is your top concern. Overall a great laptop so far.

This laptop works great and has the capabilities of everything I need as an engineering student.

I had a precision workstation and this Dell XPS15 is as good as that one. Powerful, solid, quiet and never experienced any overheat.

After much research I bought the Dell XPS 15 laptop. Love it! Fast and easy. It checks all my boxes.

Good build quality and is sturdy. Has good specs and the material on the inside feels nice. Sometimes it gets too hot and the fans get really loud when you are running intensive programs. You can't use it on a bed because the fans push air out of the bottom. Battery life is kind of bad. Would recomend if you can get it at a discount.
