The performance is fantastic and I’ve found that the biometric fingerprint reader is something I’ve come to rely on a lot. I certainly expect this laptop to last me for many years. I just switched from a 2011 MacBook Pro as Windows 10 has become as useful and capable as MacOS, in my opinion, and now I can truly mirror my other PC that I use for work and be just as productive. I was considering the latest MacBook as well but this won out mainly because I can upgrade the memory and SSD later if I wish and it was over $1000 less than a new MacBook Pro. In my eyes, this was a very smart purchase.

There is no lack of storage with its one terabyte hard drive. The 4K display provides a vivid display. This laptop runs extremely well even before optimizing any applications or processes.

It does overheat and it does run slow when it throttles! But you can overclock it and under volt it which is the best way to get the most power out of this Laptop! And if you get a a cooling stand it’ll be even better! The 4K display is breathtaking! Just Perfect! An amazing laptops!
