I love this new laptop. It does everything I want.

I like my Dell XPS; it has great specs, such as an I7 processor, fingerprint sensor, solid state hard drive, and 4K screen, but there are several major performance issues, such as screen flickering and inconsistent video quality. Unacceptable in a computer of this price range, and Dell must do more to prevent these problems in future models.

I purchased this at the end of september due to my macbook shutting down by itself and giving me a blank screen. So far, it's way better than what I had! I have yet to explore the laptops full capabilities, but for right now, I am very impressed.

My previous laptop was a MacBook. So my experience in gaming laptops is very limited. However, this laptop is amazing. 4K screen is great. Fingerprint and processor all run smoothly. If u need something portable, this is not it. I won't be carrying this around, its too heavy. It's a great business and work laptop.

Dell has a lot of QC issues. My model is thankfully mostly perfect. Sometimes the fingerprint reader just doesn't work, though I believe this to be a software issue rather than hardware. I've read horror stories about dead pixels, bad keyboards, and a host of other things. Thankfully my only issue seems to be the headphone jack. Sometimes audio only comes out of one side, but luckily I primarily use bluetooth headphones so this isn't much of an issue for me. I would just make sure you check over your device thoroughly while you're still within the return period.

I really like this laptop computer, but had to get a silver one since it is not available in black. It is very fast and screen resolution is great! I could have gotten a 17 inch, but opted for the 15 inch so it would be easier to transport.

This cpu is perfect for the person on the go. It’s fast and light and screen size and resolution is amazing!

I bought this notebook for my son who is attending college to be Aerospace engineer and this notebook is exactly what he needed it for school work.

Absolutely love this laptop , very helpful for an engineering major.

My Dell XPS ultra HD with Touch-screen is fast and easy to use! My Western Digital Passport 2TB is great for backups!

This is a great laptop. Thus far the best personal computer I have had. Very fast and efficient. Battery life is superb for a machine of this characteristics.

This is an excellent laptop! Great sound quality, clear and bright screen. However couple things to note: the webcam is below the screen and the touch screen is very sensitive.

This is by far the best laptop I've owned. It features a very premium build overall and the spec is top notch for the price you pay. I went ahead and did a clean install of Win 10 immediately and didn't run into any issues with the drivers like many people are complaining about. The keyboard is probably my biggest gripe with the laptop, it just feels inadequate for such a nice laptop, c'mon Dell!

Good computer for the price, it is still new so hopefully it will holdup well.

I just returned this laptop due to the mic being broken. I did everything I could software wise to fix the issue then when i was done got in touch with dell and troubleshoot for 2 hours nothing, dropped off at geeksquad and they couldn't make the mic work either so I returned and ordered a second one. I'll be reviewing the new one once it arrives. Guys whitjinf your return period test everything, make sure every port works as intended, the screen etc. It's an awesome laptop, fast and a good value but there's definitely some quality control issues with dell that need to be addressed. I will give it a second chance and see how it goes. In the mean time, it will be 12 more days without a laptop until the new one arrives. Smh...
