Even with staff shortages we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Service was excellent. Always a pleasure to shop at Best Buy. My son is loving his new laptop. It is extremely fast and easy to navigate.

This laptop had a great quality screen and keyboard. Better than mac products you can get at a similar price. My issue was the trackpad, while it tracked well it did not have the same feel that I enjoyed on previous laptops such as the MacBook pro and razer blade.

product is good but was surprised to learn there was only 1 USB port and no disk drive.

The Dell Xps 15 9500 has great battery life and respectable performance. In esports titles such as CS:GO, this machine averages 100+ fps while being 0.7 inches thin. The display is bright and vibrant as well. The only issues I have experienced with the Open box excellent model is that I had to do a fresh install of windows with Dell SupportAssist due to bluescreens caused by drivers or the OS when opening steam games.

This is great so far for editting. I can edit and flow 1080p with no issues. Dont forget to get a clear hardcase to keep it looking clean and sexy all day ( if u have kids/wife... youll thank me later. #YW)

The laptop looks great and the screen is vibrant and clear. Everything works as it should, but the trackpad can be difficult to use sometimes while trying to drag n drop.

This thing is great. I had the same model from three years ago and the trackpad on this is finally much improved. Handles several vms running at once very easily. Overall a great laptop.

Seems very study and will built. Twisted the chassis and the screen, and little flex as compared to other laptops. Pressing on the lid does not distort the screen. The boot up was fast, annoyed that Windows made me log in to a Microsoft account, but there are workarounds for this, and it isn't Dell's fault. Overall system is very fast once you get rid of all the bloatware, but it's pretty easy to do. Love the weight, and it just feels really premium. Definitely a great deal if you can get it on sale, the processor is a couple generations old, but you don't really get much in the newer ones.

Best features: POWERFUL and surprisingly small/slim/light (like really). Keyboard didn't feel great to me--travel time is a little shallow and the keys are...wider than I'm used to them being. Also a complaint: the sound drivers. They're annoying and difficult to uninstall. I can see how it's intended to be feature-ware but it's really bloat-ware if you don't like it. -1 star for that

Great Laptop for the price. Love the facial recognition feature to unlock. Is extremely fast and can handle multiple programs running simultaneously.

The Dell XPS is what you expect. Premium build quality, amazing speakers and screen, and a large trackpad. A professional laptop worth the price.

I’m using the Dell laptop for business only after leaving VA hospital work after 20 years. The Dell does all it advertises, and does it quickly. My only issue is typing with the smaller keyboard, but that will come. All in all, a good purchase that looks like it will serve a good long time.

Not only is this a great looking notebook, It's super fast! The screen is amazing with very vibrant edge to edge accurate color. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I like everything is good about the laptop, but I have the same wobbly trackpad Dell said they would take care of back in June. The laptop is fast and works for all my use cases. Dell still needs to fix this touchpad.
