I went through this seemingly endless cycle of buying laptops until now. Some were thin but not powerful enough, or gaming laptops were too thick and truthfully too much for my light gaming needs and the batteries died quickly. The OLED screen is perfect, best speakers of any laptop I tried, the design is beautiful. XPS does all the little things right. I am sold on XPS for the future.

The dell xps 15 9510 is a beautiful laptop. Seriously, the all white is gorgeous along with the all white adapter and power supply. The rtx 3050 ti can run most games and rebdering software you throw at it. My test games were DOOM (2016) and Minecraft with raytracing. DOOM ran flawlessly and could even bump up to the native resolution of the monitor but i feared it would get too hot so I didnt play long. Minecraft with Raytracing is beautiful and a pleasent treat to say the least and this machine ran it at pretty playable framerates except for when there were high block and light dense shots like on the neon city map. All in all the performace of the i7 and that rtx 3050 ti is really something. The display is gorgeous and the keyboard feels amazing and same with the track pad. Windows laptop at its finest. The main issue however is getting a machine without any QC issues. My first unit had the trackpad issue that made it double click on the right side due to an alignment issue. This will eventually degrade and break over time rendering the track pad useless. I sent it back and the new one has been nothing but splendid so far. I hope this keeps up lord willing.

This is an impressive computer. Looks fantastic, powerful, and I am learning to appreciate Windows 11 for the good upgrade from Windows 10 that it is. I really liked having the option to keep Win 10 or upgrade to 11. This machine does everything I need it to do and more. The only downside is that it is expensive. I swallowed hard before deciding to buy it. I don't regret my decision so far.

My wife didn't want to get a laptop this expensive, but I convinced her to take the dive when an open box became available. That still cost upwards of $2000, but she's been completely happy with it. First, the OLED screen is epic. A real show-stopper. Much better than OLED on other Dell G7 she had and it was good, too. Hands down best laptop screen I've ever seen. She plays some moderate to high end games and this laptop can handle it. I was concerned that the AC adapter wasn't high enough spec, but she really hasn't had any big issues. Be warned that you'll want some clearance underneath the chassis as it can get hot and throttle if you leave it on your lap while gaming without giving it air. Overall, it's not common and my wife is happy with it. A few potential negatives to consider. She has some issues seeing what keys are what when the backlight is on. Not a big deal, but worth considering. She's also had a few weird moments when waking the laptop up from sleep. Not all the time, but can be a little flaky. I do keep her drivers and bios up-to-date and that has helped the stability. Chassis isn't easy to get into. Some pretty strong clips hold the sides down. I did successfully add another SSD, but it was painful to get it done. Overall, worth the high price for a premium laptop.

This laptop has been great so far and I've had it for over a year. I primarily use it for video editing and producing, which requires a lot of processing power. It hasn't let me down yet. It's so easy to travel with because it's light weight and not too big. However, the screen size is great. It feels like I'm working on a quality laptop.

This is my first open box laptop. The only thing wrong is when I signed into my Microsoft account an unknown email became associated with my account. I deleted it but it still shows up once in a while. It also could use a USB A for my wireless mouse. Other than that, it is a great fast laptop.

The Dell XPS is an amazing laptop with great speed and that gorgeous OLED display. However I got the open box version to save a few dollars and sadly even though it was supposed to be in excellent condition the track pad seems to be messed up.

It’s been almost a month since we bought this computer this so far this has been great it’s really fast the oled screen is out of this world for a computer screen Best Buy really has the support for this computer so far it’s been a great computer love the Nvidia graphics love the 16 GB ram memory

Best laptop I've ever owned, but I say that every 3-4 years when I purchase the latest tech at that time. Moved from an HP Spectre X 360 which was my previous favorite. The Dell XPS 15 is a little smaller and lighter than my HP, but has all of the muscle - and then some. I use it primarily for business applications - not for gaming or editing media files. Unfortunately, business apps like QuickBooks have yet to work with high-def displays, so the first thing I had to do was dumb down the gorgeous display, so I could actually read the display of my accounting software. Battery Life gets me through about 2/3's of my day. If I have one criticism of this laptop, it is the backlighting on the keyboard. I have the white version of the laptop, making the backlighting totally useless in a well lit room, and not much better in a darker room. Other than that, this is a great laptop, if not a little on the expensive side.

Laptop is very nice, looks great too with the White instead of just the boring Gray or Black. However, the Battery dies very fast, usually need to plug it in after 1-2 hours of use. Also Keyboard is very hard to see when lit up, I am sure is great if using in a dark room or if gaming but for normal every day use it is not functional as you are not able to see the keys when lit up every time you type. Also, computer is a bit heavy for travel. Overall the functionality is great but the practicality is not when using it. You have to make sure you always having the charging chord near by.

The best laptop with windows. For work I need to use applications that the Mac does not allow me to and with this beauty machine you really think about whether I need to have an additional Mac. It is a marvel of engineering.

Probably one of the fastest computers I've worked on the only downside I have is the touchpad is a bit iffy but other than that I think this product is amazing!

Solid laptop with a beautful display. The colors really stand out. Theres no real flaws other than average battery life. But considering the specs its good enough.

This beautifully designed and engineered laptop packs so much punch under the hood. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get some serious work done. Beauty on the outside, beats on the inside.

So far so good. Nice, clear picture. Fast. I also like the touch screen options. I am looking forward to getting to use this laptop more for podcasting.

Ive had this computer for about 2 weeks now. It is super fast and everything I needed it for is working very well. I have had one instance where I couldnt get it to turn on so I am a bit concerned about that but I was able to resolve that issue fairly quickly. The battery only lasts a few hours but Im not sure if that is because I run multiple programs continuously (Photoshop, Lightroom, internet). Overall I am happy with my purchase I am just hoping these issues dont become a major problem later down the road.

Excellent device High performance work, no issues even after 1 year of intense use. Open box is a good deal. Like new with reduced cheap price. Happy customer.

I had some issues with the trackpad before, but got it fixed! It's been a great computer for video and photo editing. The sound is phenomenal as well!

My son wanted a laptop for college. We choose this as it is light, sleek, versatile, fast and easy to carry. This laptop fulfills all the needs of any college student or professional. Highly recommended for any person who wants the best laptop at a reasonable price and that provides one with all the features needed for every day office and students. I recommend this over all other brands as DELL has always made big waves and proved to be the best for decades. I was rather compelled to write this review as I wanted others to consider this laptop as it is the best one can have.
