After using the Dell XPS with the beautiful OLED screen it is without a doubt the best Windows PC Laptop on the market hands down. It's great for someone who wants something compact, fast, and efficient. I was actually able to stream 8K footage on YouTube with this laptop. Amazing OLED screen don't think twice go for the OLED version.

There are a lot of changes in the XPS 15 from my 5 year old XPS 13. Quite a few adjustments to make. The screen quality is spectacular but some of the functions are irritating. They have made it complicated on functions that used to be very simple. You can no longer do a simple screen shot - I spent a frustrating half an hour with a Dell tech who could never make it work. We tried every option in the book. The only option offered including using a bunch of different processes that required 5-6 steps. Ended up on YOUTUBE and found a housewife in the midwest who figured out a way to do it that isn't in any manual or support forum. Every day I discover something that no longer works like it did. There are changes in the keyboard layout that are problematic. The delete button and the start button are right next to each other and are the same small size. Who thought that was a good idea? Overall, still deciding whether this was a good choice for my business.

This laptop is amazing. Lives up to the specs found inside. Video games have all run smoothly without issue. The keyboard is good for fast and comfortable typing. My only complaint is that the large trackpad leads to unwanted mouse movement at times. But totally minor issue with a powerful laptop like this.

Fast, Beautiful in white. It doesn't get super hot like most laptops in this performance range. Fan noise is minimal compared to gaming laptops that sound like a jet is about to take off. This thing doesn't even blink editing 1GB Photoshop and Lightroom files. Get 32GB of RAM. you won't regret it. Negative - If you are using a J5 Create USB hub with this laptop. One super annoying thing is that the keyboard and mouse I use with the J5 USB C hub, are randomly disconnected from the computer. Sometimes it works perfectly for days, and some days it keeps disconnecting every hour. Plugging the peripherals into the laptop without the hub through a USB c-to-a adapter gives me no problems. the HDMI port works flawlessly. Just a tip.

Overall, I was very pleased with my XPS 15, the display looks great, but the trackpad being "wobbly" drives me crazy. It has done it since I took it out of the box. It had a lot of dead travel toward the bottom and feels super cheap. For a $2100 Laptop, I expected better quality control. upon further research, I found that it is a common issue. Best buy would not replace it with another XPS 15 because the newer model is out now even though I purchased the warranty.

This laptop looks and feels expensive and great, but there are a lot of bugs and glitches with this computer. The screen will sometimes stay in sleep mode after closing the laptop and you have to consistently hold the power button on and off every 10 seconds until the screen turns back on. Sometimes the keyboard will randomly completely stop working. And Zoom when somebody begins to screen share there is a very high chance it will crash the Zoom application. I do not recommend this laptop to current online college students.

This laptop is great. Fast with a great image. I love the connection include 1 Thunderbolt and 2 Thunderbolt 4 connections. Requires a converter dock to get the most out of it, but they all do now. Light in weight. Haven't had it long enough to talk about battery life.

I bought this laptop for the great combination of build quality, asthetics, OLED display, and decent performance for occasional gaming. My unit has a poor trackpad. The left click feels bad with a bit of resistance and is far louder than the right side. This is extremely frustrating and I will unfortunately be returning the laptop. The last year XPS model had this problem but I thought it had been remedied. It also has unexpectedly poor thermals. The laptop cannot run the CPU at any decent power limit while the GPU is running. This leads to a highly unfortunate CPU bottleneck playing games or dual gpu/cpu workloads. No, this is not a dedicated gaming laptop, but I still expected 45W from the CPU and 45W from the GPU simultaneously. Unfortunately, the CPU throttles back to around 20W during dual cpu/gpu workloads. This is with the newest BIOS and the "ultra performance" mode. Temperatures are fine. They only spike during the initial burst of CPU workload where wattage exceeds 45. Fans are quiet and well controlled. I just wish the CPU and GPU could simultaneously operate at a decent wattage. Obviously dell has thermal and physical cooling limitations to work with but it feels artificially limited to me. Other things - speakers are incredible. Almost on par with macbook pro 16. OLED display is great. Nothing like it, just amazing brightness and color. It does have a faint "screen door" effect that almost all oled touch displays do. It is only visible on large areas of lighter colors. Not noticable at normal viewing distance but if you look close at the screen it is visible. As someone who is picky about screens, it annoys me a bit but is not a dealbreaker. It is also a touch screen that works well. For a windows machine, battery life is excellent. I wanted to love this laptop but the unexpected thermal limits and bad trackpad are unfortunate problems for me. I would recommend this laptop with the caveat that you understand the thermal limits and yours has a good trackpad.

What can I say about this laptop. It meets all my needs. It's fast and beautiful to look at. It's build quality is great. The OLED screen with it's near 4k resolution is just amazing. I love watching 4k HDR content on it. I use to do some day trading also.

Nothing like it! Works great! sound system is fantastic. Doesn't have many ports. Could not hookup to TV or additional screen. Had to buy docking station. Other than this. all features are awesome. Highly recommended.

The laptop is extremely powerful, however, dell has some extremely poor driver services. The intel HD drivers for display are up to date and proper and yet still provide the same sleep/power on errors as the last 2 drivers. This should be an extremely easy fix as one of the old drivers works just fine. Still, nothing has been done. Best Buy provided pristine service in purchasing and delivery of the laptop. I wish I could rate them separately and give them 5 stars. Hope the review helped. P.S. get an hp or other (anything but dell unless you really need the dell)

Laptop has an excellent vibrant sharp screen but the performance leaves a bit wanting, as it often thermal throttled and got really hot during intensive tasks like video editing or gaming.

I had a chance to pick this up as an open-box item and save a few dollars. I must admit, I was nervous about some of the reviews I read as people have obviously had issues with this unit. But Dell seems to have stabilized its performance with Bios and video driver updates and I have not had a single issue with this laptop. This is the most expensive laptop I've ever purchased and the screen was my biggest draw. And WOW it does not disappoint! The clarity and depth are a sight to behold! I have been playing COD Vanguard on it and it does get warm.....causing the fans to run at maximum speed which gets noisy.....but it can handle the game with no sweat. I've seen extremely respectable frame rates that I thought I'd only see on my desktop. I am very happy with the unit and would recommend it!

Replacing a 6 year-old tower and this seems lightning fast! Graphics are great. Feels sturdy and so far no problems lugging it around. I generally do not like laptop "mice" but I am finding the touch mouse easy to use. Apparently, there is a difference between tapping and actually pressing down. I am learning to navigate the difference pretty easily although I will be adding a wireless mouse. It also came with a two-port adapter (USB and HDMI) which is good to start but I will be adding a multi-port adapter for more versatility. I like the screen bright with the lighter background which has not been good for battery life. I primarily use the laptop near an outlet so I can live with this. But I will definitely use the battery-saver mode when I have to rely on battery life.

Excellent small business or student computer. This computer has the speed the memory to help you through any task that you have. I highly recommend it and use it personally for my small business.

Love this computer. It works really well with the programs that my university requires for my courses. Super fast response and the sound is fantastic.

Awesome computer. Very quiet and works very fast. Never had any major issues with this computer and I would highly recommend it. Only con is the price. But overall it’s worth it!

Very happy with this Dell laptop and its performance. The video is excellent. The laptop replaced a HP laptop with similar specifications and I feel the Dell outperforms the HP
