Overall a good laptop. Only had it a few days. What it's missing is 1) touch screen (hard to believe a $2K laptop does not have that), 2) row of function keys. They are in the deck. and 3) a power button to turn it on. I use mine on a docking station and have to raise the lid each time.

Feedback: The computer’s design is sleek and visually appealing, which is a definite positive. However, the keyboard is uncomfortable to use and feels poorly designed, making it difficult to work efficiently. Additionally, the device’s performance falls short of expectations, especially considering its high price point. For a premium product, I anticipated better reliability and functionality. Improvements in keyboard quality and overall performance are necessary to justify the cost and enhance usability.

This is my 2nd XPS laptop and I'm loving it. Not only has the power to deliver all the entertainment for personal use but also it's a great tool for productivity at work. Large screen, good cooling system, and muscle under the hood are the perfect combination for the most adventurous person.

Dell XPS has been the best option for me for years. Be careful with the weight, but no worries about performance; you will have no issues!

Beautiful and stunning design. I am sort of a form over function type of person so I don't mind the lack of physical function buttons. The invisible haptic trackpad is what makes this laptop unique, truly one of a kind design. This laptop gives a premium feel to the touch and is very fun to interact with on a daily basis. Love the experience.

I liked the overall look of the laptop; however, for the price, it's just not worth the trouble to buy. You could honestly get away with a significantly better laptop for a much cheaper price, and the build quality is as great as it's made out to be. It's okay, but there are better options.

Love the features and it handles well with the programs I need to use. The slim design makes it nice for travel and working on the go.

laptop is amazing great speeds , amazing for editing and architecture software that I use . My only con is the mouse i can’t tell where it starts and ends . But besides that it functions amazing and it’s beautiful.
