A true power house! Blew away the power my custom AMD desktop. Light, powerful, excellent battery life! A screamer!

Almost perfect all in one machine, except for lacking some legacy ports. It took me 2 months of grueling research, watching YouTube and reading blogs to finally pull the trigger at this beast of a laptop. Full 17" 4K display Core i7 with vapor cooling system in femme fatale body. p.s. I'll write comprehensive review after few weeks of usage.

Easy setup and fast performance from my perspective. I had a really old HP and finally bit the bullet for a new laptop. Love the upgrade. I don't like the keyboard, however. I can actually type, and my last laptop had a great keyboard. This new one I have to peck with care, like it's made for people with tiny hands - and it's a 17inch laptop! I don't understand. Maybe that's standard these days which is why I still gave it a 5. I'm about to buy a normal keyboard to plug in.

Screen tone is off-white. Too many issues with drivers not installing properly and OS-level updates causing issues with performance. Also, the computer loses charge while plugged in under high load, which is most of the time if video cards is in use for most oriole buying this for the screen (videographers, graphic designers, etc). And don't even think of gaming on this for more than 20 minutes. This thing lost charge while playing Factorio. Whether it be because USB-C standard used doesn't allow more than 100W of power to be delivered or not is Dell's problem to own. This is one this computer's biggest problems and Dell had to know this before they released it to the public. The self destructive obsession with being thin, competing with Apple, and having one port to rule them all is ruining basic access to established functionality where things just work without having to buy extra dongles and compromise just to get something with new internal parts. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Not recommended.

Wow. For an old guy who's not computer savvy this is one easy to use computer. Had the Geek squad transfer my data and everything works like a champ. A very good purchase!

It's a premium-priced device and it feels like it. The design and the build quality are incredible. So is the screen-- bright, vivid, color-accurate. It took some adjustments out of the box to get it to work to spec and to my expectations, but now that it does, it is the best laptop I've ever owned.

Amazing laptop but still has a bit of coil whine. Screen is gorgeous with very thin bezels.

This IS a MacBook Pro 16 KILLER!!!. Sold my MacBook Pro 16 5500 and bought this. MUCH thinner Bezels, Touchscreen and better Display Metrics. Display is Heart Stopping beautiful and the NVIDIA RTX 2060 is much better than the MacBook Pro's. Bought a MacBook M1, because I need it for App Development and its great, but like the MacBook Pro, its dated.

Perfect gift for my novice gamer child. Her old laptop too 3 hours to start up…this one took less than two minutes to start up!

So far so good, I purchased this laptop for our som. He is heading to college this Fall and I wanted a very reliable laptop to last his entire 4 year college career. Would recommend this computer. No complaints

Works well and has a good battery life, it also arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. Customer service was able to help with order issues despite slightly lengthened hold times.

Great laptop can't beat 17 inch laptop with no bezels. Only con is ports wish it at least came with a USB 3 or etc...

A powerful, efficient, durable and best of all beautiful laptop! If you want the best XPS is it. I had the 17" inspiron but traded up to the XPS when it went on sale, soooo glad I did that.

Love the wide screen and the face recognition. Long lasting battery. Dell's last for sure. The visual depth is great.
