Great computer, works very quickly and can multi-function. One of the best computers I have owned. Small issues - Battery could last a little longer Finger print entrance does not always work.

I hate Lenovo in the past. I was talked into trying this one and was really surprised. I run a business and have as many as 5 browsers open all the time. Even with my weak internet this thing is a real workhorse. When I want to play game for a while it is great for that to. No complaints. Buy it. You will like it.

So far, I’m loving this laptop! I’ve had an older HP Spectre laptop & I thought that was light! This has more screen real estate being frameless & much less bulk. I find the black keyboard easy to see, especially back lit & the keys very responsive. The speed and options this laptop comes with are great! I just started playing around with the Dell app to link you mobile phone. I’m impressed with the build quality & the 4K display is awesome!

It's a good computer for school work. I have not had any issues with it in the time that I have owned it.

I love this laptop. I used before a Dell but this is too much. I invest my money in a good one.

Thin, light and very sleek looking. Received as a Christmas gift. Screen beautiful. Seems pretty fast as compared to my work computer which is also a dell (latitude). Really like the touch screen and can make into a tablet when want to.

Great size, built like a tank, crazy fast. The 32gb ram and 1tb ssd was a nice option in this thin and light. Dell does it again with the XPS. Used one for worm bought one for home use. First 2 in 1 and I’m not going back. Highly recommend.

Laptop is great. However, I was dismayed when I opened the box to see labels from Dell shipping it to someone else and some of the packaging already torn opened. Not what I would expect from Best Buy.

Love this computer. Light, fast, feels amazing. Great laptop for on the go. In the future will get a xps 15 slightly bigger.

Only have had it for a week, but so far it's working beyond my expectation. It's fast and web surfing is enjoyable now. My programs all downloaded without a glitch.

This is another great laptop from Dell. The graphics and rich colors are great. I am very happy with the speed, as well.

The price is nice. Everything is great, except the mouse point. Sometimes it disappear by unknow reason. I have to restart my PC to get back normal.

This laptop has great clarity. It runs very smooth and response well to commands. I wish the battery life lasted a bit longer. Overall a great laptop.

Powerful little laptop, got on sale from BB. Its last generation of Intel processors, but at the current rate of small advancements, there's really no noticeable speed difference from the 11th gen (new) vs 10th gen (this laptop). Compatible with Dell pen

Such a great labtop with good speed, good graphics card and good storage.

This laptop is super fast and can do most of what you want to do.

So far so good. Lovely packaging. Easy to set up. It’s a PC. Suggest you decide what antivirus software you are going to use before you begin your setup. Came with MacAfee and asked if i wanted to install it during the start up routine.
