Small, light, fast... It is what I was looking for

Excellent product. I really love this laptop. It is light weight and easy to use. It is easy to take anywhere. The size of the screen is nice for all my work. I like to edit photos and create photo books. Excellent for this type of work. I reveiw data grids and use excel for many projects in my work. It is easy to read. During the pandemic I have used zoom for meetings and family visits and the view is great for these activities. The only thing I would change would be having the camera at the top instead of the bottom.

My purchase was made after reviewing several websites reviewing laptops and portables. I think that the Dell I purchased will fit my needs for quite a while. I love the 4k screen.

I needed a new computer was only gonna be able to spend a certain amount but was able to get credit card and a open box special so was able to get the computer I wanted instead of settling, well would have been nice to get a mac but I couldn't get what I needed for the price in a mac but am very happy with my XPS

This is a great laptop for my engineering student daughter! It runs all of the software her engineering school needs, great for taking notes (its a 2 in 1).

Bought this mainly as a workstation that could occasionally serve to also take notes. I wanted a fast software development experience without having to resort to a Mac. So far, it has delivered; the display also has great quality. Downsides: the keyboard arrow keys are so small; it's easy to slip into the Page Up and Page Down keys. Also, the included stylus works great but the laptop has nowhere to tie the stylus cord to; you will have to rely on the sideward magnetic strip and be careful not to drop the stylus!

This XPS is a significant improvement over the older models - couldn't get rid of that one fast enough. With this one, the issues that I had had before (sluggish keyboard, sluggish screen, poor ergonomics, have been eliminated. The only issue I have is the pesky third-party apps and pop-ups that mislead me into thinking something is wrong with my computer. I will never buy anything that pops up on my screen, so these are just annoyances, and they're the only blemish on this outstanding product.

Does everything well, fans are a loud when the GPU/CPU are utilized (Playing GTA:V for example) otherwise normally quiet.

I really enjoy this computer. It's super snappy and great looking. Just can't figure out how to use the dedicated graphics card.

I purchased this laptop for college. So far I have had no problems with it! The only con is that it only has 256 Gb of storage.

This computer was required for school programs. It’s pricey but large compacity storage gets the jobs done!

Don't know long term but so far it's a pretty good laptop everything you want and need. I didn't rate it excellent as I haven't owned it long enough to know the quality and durability of the battery and other components.

This laptop is pretty mediocre for the price. It has some cool features and whatnot, but you can get more bang for your buck with a different product.

Wonderful powerful laptop that is lightweight. Touch screen feature with pen is a valuable asset.

Screen vivid colors fantastic clear and bright as for speed ultra fast just a great system

The bad part is that I bought a Microsoft card for the laptop advised that I would need it And it turned out I didn’t need it and I accidentally scratched it off thinking it was the product key for the laptop and it wasn’t So I went to return it and they wouldn’t give me my money back because I scratched it off. I wish BEST BUY would’ve tried harder then just saying sorry we can’t do anything.

Love the touch screen. Is great for presentations!
