This was a replacement for my Dell that failed and was recommended by the Geeeksquad and Best Buy sales agent. The Geeksquad transferred as much of my original data as they could. Thus far the performance was as adverrtized and I have reached almost 90% of what I had before, This purchase is just what I needed for internet, book keeping, correspondence and many applications. I certainly can recommend the speed, memory and overall performance.

Great performance machine for business. This machine handles 6 monitors flawlessly.

This is one very sweet machine. The setup was easy and the speed is incredible. The video card gives me 1 HDMI and 3 Display ports. It has a generous number of various USB ports and SIM ports. I like having 2 disk drives - one solid state and one mechanical. I put all of the OS and programs on the solid state and data - docs & photos - on the mechanical drive.

It's everything I expected an XPS to be...very fast, reliable, intuitive. If it's like my old XPS, I expect it to last many years.

We got this computer to use for our small business, and so far its been really reliable. It has adequate storage and memory, and is highly capable to run multiple programs.

It is fast, easy to set up. I didn't have any issues to use it so far. It is pretty much opening the box, connecting to power and monitor then go.

Very fast with a I7. Ssds a chip plus a 2 TB hard drive. I added a 10 TB hard drive in the extra holder and the install was easy. A great overall machine.

Needed to upgrade PC to run financial aoftware. Speed is great and am able to play intense video games including COD.

This is my first purchase since 2009. My old XPS 8000 series has served me well and this replacement has been long awaited for. It functions light years ahead, obviously. The response time from turning it on until I see the desktop screen takes less then 2 seconds since it has the SSD. This technology ia new to me so I appreciate the instant power up and usage.

I have been faithful to the Dell XPS brand for a long time now. Actually still have two other xps laptop and desktop still working from 2010!! This computer has everything we need and some more for the price! The only thing lacking that we added was extra ssd space. Otherwise this is NOT a solid gamig rig but not bad for light gaming due to the RTX3050 video card.

Really fast and responsive! Excellent for office and play xbox whitout a problem

First unit was DOA from Best Buy, they ordered a replacement, and this one seems to be fine. I also had Best Buy install the max of 64 GB of memory. My future upgrade will be upgrading the M.2 drive that is the primary C Drive of the computer, 512 GB is just not enough space with today’s programs.

Needed to purchase a replacement which wasn't Windows 11 compatible ,as my laptop is windows 11, Went with this computer since it had 2.5 TB availability which is plenty of use for everything I needed. Sales person was Very Helpful with answer all my questions.

The Dell computer is working well, performance as anticipated. As far as Best Buy is concerned, I purchased this as an open box item, and it indeed showed up in the excellent, like new, condition advertised, providing me with a significant savings with no loss of quality.

Solid unit overall. Has occasional hang ups but I typically have up times exceeding weeks so that may just be me. Otherwise fast loading and good performance

i purchased this computer as a replacement. I am using it for my laser engraver program specifically. I gave a four star only because I haven't used it that long. I can say that so far I am very satisfied with the purchase.
