I upgraded from a Dell XPS 8900 2016, to this computer and versus building my own and leg me tell you…I am pleasantly surprised by how responsive and fast this system is.

The drawback was not enough usb ports. I got a monitor also that had no sound or speakers or microphone. These were more usb ports than it had.

It's a fantastic computer right out of the box, super fast, and runs flawlessly.

He said it had better specs than the big box store. Right out of the box it works as expected. No CD drive. However, I purchased one earlier for a lap top that didn't come with one either. No problems here. The inside of this model "XPS 8960" allows easy access to everything! Added the C drive from the last machine (changed to F) and away we go. There is a learning curve from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Some features are better, others just different. Changing printing to double side is a little more effort. I do believe I will get the hang of this, as is downloading files. Everything seems to go only to the download folder, immediately. I believe I will learn to adapt, find a way to change to specific folders, or get over this.

I had a media center setup and started have issues often. It ended up dead and I bought this to replace it. It has been a great replacement.

Could use a few more USB ports. Beware that one of the two pcie x4 slots is covered by the graphics card which is a motherboard design flaw and is therefore unusable.
