    The Dell XPS 8960 is an amazing computer, the SSD is really fast when booting up and everything runs really smooth. Steam games look and run amazing. AutoCad also works like a charm. No complaints yet.

    My 7 year old computer was running on Windows 7. Finally had to give in to buying a new one. The Dell was on sale and I liked the specs. I don't game, so I cannot comment on that. It is fast and responds well to browsing, shopping, reading emails and YouTube. Still getting used to Windows 11.

    I have been using Dell desktops for years. This is the first time I have not purchased directly from Dell. I think there is no difference with the install where I bought it. The difference will show up if I need service. I purchased extended warranty for Geek Squad to keep it local.

    Very fast. Would be 5 stars but computer had to recover itself when it first installed some updates. Dells recovery software is decent so it was able get things reset

    I purchased a this DELL XPS to replace a Dell XPS that I have used for over a decade. My only frustration is that DELL removed the CD drive from the current version of the XPS computer. I was pleased with the GEEK Squad who was engaged to transfer extensive files, documents, power point presentations, photographs, and university research from the old to the new XPS successfully.
