The Dell XPS Computer works great.i received some great help from the Geek squad and manager

I was replacing a laptop that I used for work. I wanted something with more speed and better processing. This computer has given that to me. The set up was easy and I had the computer up and running to my needs within a very short time. I highly recommend it!

I'm an IT Director for a manufacturing firm and bought this unit for me. I bumped the RAM up to 64GB, added a 1TB SSD and and 8TB SATA drive. This allows me to use VMware Workstation Pro to run virtual machines for development and backup purposes. Nice PC.

Have favored Dell PC/Notebooks for sometime now, and this XPS has not disappointed me. Bought this as an open box and saved big. It was restored by Best Buy to factory and it has performed as new. I have wanted an XPS for sometime now, due to its abundance of USB ports and types (7 3.0 and 2 2.0 USB's). Have been very happy with the speed and reliability. While I think the "Optane" hard drive enhancement is overrated, I can see a notable "boot up" speed improvement (I had an Intel i7 T7700 in my prior machine) but it seems to run at about the same speed as my prior Inspirion once Windows 10 comes up. All in all a solid running machine and quiet even with its top-of-the-case 4 inch cooling fan. I gave it 4 stars only because I think the Optane enhancement is overrated.

I hate buying a new computer because it takes so long to get everything set up again, but this went quickly and smoothly. It's sleek and fast and integrated beautifully with my old monitor. (And, again, I really love that it's so quiet!)

I bought this computer for my family because we wanted to have a desktop for our daughters. So far it's very fast and easy to use. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a solid, reliable, and easy to use machine.

We upgraded from a prior XPS 8500 to this one, the XPS 8920. The other one was showing signs of aging. This new one is has more capacity (RAM and GB) and is so much faster! I love that it also has the 5Ghz wifi and Bluetooth (for the fitbit) built-in, no dongles needed. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the fan - it's at the top of the casing and was very noisy, seemed to be on all the time. I finally Google'd it and found on a Dell community site a recommendation (by a Dell tech) to adjust the power settings for it from 100% to 90%, and that fixed it. Getting this set up and all our software loaded was no trouble at all. This one is so much faster than the old one! I am happy with our decision to get another Dell and do recommend this PC.

This Tower has been a great and much needed upgrade for my family. It was very simple and quick to set-up out of the box. My only recommendations would be that it comes with an upgraded, aftermarket video card and a slightly larger case so it can be built on to more. The intel card that is built in with the processor isn't bad but for the same price you can get another model with the upgraded card. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock at the time we purchased this tower. As for space, there is little. Don't plan on adding much to it later down the road. In all however, this is a great tower for the price. As a stock/off the shelf model, it will satisfy gamers, video makers, office workers, etc....

Excellent Pc for my small Business, Fast Loading application, System boots right up. I was able to load and setup all my programs rather quickly So far so good. My opinion Dell Computers are the best for Small Business
