The difficulty I found is that when removing the coffee holder, the capsule remains stuck in the coffee maker and you have to put the capsule holder back in order to remove it.

She didn't like it so much at first because you have to shut the stream off manually but after a few cups she liked being able to control the amount of brew.

The bar pressure is powerful, and the frother is excellent. I even use this to froth milk yo put hot chocolate in. Highly recommend.

Temperature of the expresso is not to high. I know that some experienced people could said the the expresso should have a temperature, but for me is not enough.

I returned my first one to the manufacturer and had the same issues with the second. The coffee holder locks before the handle is centered, it pushes back from the pressure so you have to hold it and the steam wand blows off from the pressure and is extremely difficult to lock. Returning the second one tomorrow
