The difficulty I found is that when removing the coffee holder, the capsule remains stuck in the coffee maker and you have to put the capsule holder back in order to remove it.

No it will not make a shot as good as at a local espresso shop but works great to make a nice dopio every afternoon while working at home. I don't use the steamer but seems to good when i was setting up the machine. Buy this if you're looking for a reasonably priced espresso maker to make your daily shot or shots.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Steamer is a joke 2nd unit in 2 days same result. This will be going back to bestbuy for a refund. The whole purpose was to make hot coco with the kids. Went to bed bath and beyond to get a cup for the steamer and wasted about $21 on that. I saw a few pother people had the same problem. They gave it a 2 and 3 star review. Don’t buy this product I wasted 3-4 hours of my days driving and buying this. Wife worked at Starbucks and other coffee shops as a teen and said this thing just doesn’t work like it should. Company does make descent product as we do own a few other machines they make just not this.

Better than the breville barista cost wise and does everything the breville barista does except grind own coffee bean. Though we use our breville everyday, this would’ve been a better alternative and does not take up so much room! My in laws love it!

Makes delicious espresso shots everytime with little to no effort, besides the fact it's a bit snug at first until it's broken in. Everything works great and I highly recommend!

I am saving so much money on not buying coffees every day! I don’t think the steamer is the best quality but honestly I think this is a good beginners machine for the price. I’m happy with it.

The coffee machine is very light weight, durable serves 2 and instructions are pretty simple and straightforward for even a novice. Absolutely love my purchase.

Makes a more than decent espresso. Steam wand is what keeps it from being a 5 star machine. Looking to upgrade the wand as it is nearly impossible working this one into a decent milk foam latte.
