Did not perform anywhere near the level I desired - I've returned the product

Had to keep putting water tank (full of water) on and off about 10 times to get water to flow through machine. If you put it on and see bubbles flow (as the instructions read), machine did not have water flow. Once water flow was achieved, the machine provided a weak water flow. Apparentlly, not 15 bars of pressure as advertised. Perhaps mine was just defective. Returned it.

Never worked since i bought it and trying to get help from the Manufacturer is a joke, tried for 2 months no response!! Very disappointed!!

Did not make great coffee, tried several times and methods, also streamer was below par

Worked great for 2 months then steamer wand quit working. Contacted Best Buy and they told me to contact Delonghi which I did. Delonghi customer service SUCKS. They’ve strung me along for over a month and are now ghosting me.

This is the 2nd one I have owned in a month and unfortunately it stopped working as well. Espresso will not stream into the cup. I have tried everything to remedy but to no avail. Less than a month old, returning today and will not buy another one!

I really wanted to be the person who had a great experience with this product. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The flow on this espresso machine was dismal and the resulting "espresso" tasted like mediocre coffee. It had an impressive looking "crema" however the espresso was a far cry from what espresso should taste like. The lightweight machine and cheaply made portafilter (the thing you put the espresso grounds in) gave me pause, but I gave it a shot. Don't waste your time with this machine.

machine failed after 2 weeks, not worth it. recommend the Phillips models instead.

I've had this machine for a little over a year and I can honestly say it's one of the best investments I have made. I save so much money on coffee and this machine does an excellent job at making the perfect espresso. That being said- it all depends on knowing how to use the machine properly to get that perfect cup. First, buy whole bean coffee and grind it yourself using a coffee grinder. Get one that allows you to grind the beans up "fine" I got a little mr. coffee grinder for $25 bucks and it has a fine, med, and coarse setting. Pre ground coffee is too coarse of a grind and if your grinder doesn't have a fine setting- you risk having a very watered down espresso. So just something to keep in mind. Secondly- In regard to the steam wand on this machine. It has a "hot milk" setting and a "Cappuccino" setting. If you just steam the milk on cappuccino your going to wind up with nothing but foam. I recommend steaming it on "hot milk" the majority of the time and then switching it to cappuccino setting for the last 20 seconds or so in order to give yourself a nice milk froth on top. You can obviously play around with these setting to see what I mean. Lastly- Get yourself a cheap little thermometer to go into the milk when steaming it. The perfect temp is between 155-165 degrees. Any hotter and your gonna burn yourself when you take a sip. -Never put the parts in the dishwasher - Make sure the water tank has enough water ** some times the water tank becomes loose from the vibrations and it seems like the machine isn't working. You just have to open the back and make sure its pressed down **

I used this machine six weeks, and this morning it broke. Won't turn on. Really!!!

The second time I used this machine it started leaking water from the unit everywhere, even the dial. The casing was cheap and there was a plastic residue taste in the coffee, even though I followed directions and flushed the unit twice with just water.

For the price, this espresso machine doesn’t have as many features as it should. Two features that it does not include is a temperature gauge when steaming milk and it doesn’t tell you how many shots you are pulling.

Bad quality, the product didn't last 1 month and broke

The milk frother never worked correctly on this model. It added too much water and diluted the milk. Had to return but I was able to purchase a similar model that works perfectly. I haven't been to Starbucks in months.

Hardly used this, its a hear now, it stopped working.

This machine is perfect. I was so excited to start using this machine. When it arrived at my door 3 weeks ago I immediately opened the box. I was amazed at how beautiful this machine looked. I set to the task of setting up my espresso machine for it's first time use. The set up was minimal and very easy to achieve. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The tank reservoir for water is larger than expected. Which was a plus for me meant less times I had to fill! This espresso machine makes one of the best cups of espresso I have tasted! Aside from an actual coffee shop this machine is top dog in my opinion. The flavour build up is excellent makes a hearty robust flavorful cup every time. I was not disappointed in this machine at all. The measure/ tamper it came with made using loose grounds smooth and easy. The steamer wand frothed and warmed the milk to perfection. The cleanup and storage is great and easy to do do. I like that the wand can be folded back under the machine creating less clutter on my already small kitchen counter. This was my first time ever using an espresso machine. I have prior experiences using Ninja, Godiva, Kureg and Mr. Coffee. This maker was a delight to use from the setup to the end. I was entranced by the features and explored them like a child on Christmas. The Pros: It heats up QUICKLY. It really brings out the flavor of the coffee. It heats up the milk so fast. The frother is magnificent (and very, VERY addicting) The double dripper is very useful and it the flavor is even between the cups The set up is very simple. The Cons: The espresso attachment is difficult to attach. It will take me a minimum of 4-5 times each use to attach it. It doesn't have an automatic timer for the brew ( I found this out the hard way). The metal on the frother can get VERY hot, I've hit my hand on it a few times and it hurt quite a bit. It's loud, which can be very annoying in the mornings. It's this very odd, loud vibrating noise and I'm horrified I'm going to wake up my family. It requires a ton of cleaning. The nozzle that the coffee drips from gets extremely dirty and covered and grounds each use which some people will just walk away from. They won't expect it to be dirty and that could be a home for bacteria and various germs. Also the frother nozzle gets encrusted in old milk if you don't take it apart and clean it after each use. Nobody wants their drinks hinted with the germs and potential taste of rotted milk. Also, there is no catch for the frother, which means I have to wipe down after each time I use.there could of been some type of catcher implemented on the side to catch the drips of milk after each use. All and all this is a breath-taking machine and I'm delighted that this is my introduction to espresso machines. It's good for beginners like me and I'm expectant that more experienced users will also like this. The few hiccups are probably design flaws, but they do not take away from the overall experience of this machine. I'm in love with it.
