It does both single and double shots and has a milk frother. Super simple to operate. it did not come with expresso cups to catch expresso as it comes out. I ordered some off Amazon and the work as a great compliment to the expresso machine. The milk steamer is a nice added feature that works well. All and all I am very happy and I would certainly recommend.

Seems as tho the grind is a little funny for this one. Needs a fairly course grind. With pre ground, even espresso grinds run fast. Cafe la llave ect.. I have to add extra coffee and pack tight with those. The temp seems pretty spot on. Which actually surprised me. The stem arm... good power, but I'm learning. Also, BB price matched which saved me a couple of dollars. I'm happy

Temperature of the expresso is not to high. I know that some experienced people could said the the expresso should have a temperature, but for me is not enough.

This is the first espresso machine I've ever owned and perfect for a beginner! I'm still learning how to pour the "perfect shot" but practice makes perfect and it has saved me so much money! I used to make too many Starbucks stops lol and now I just buy their espresso coffee bags & purchase their syrups!

I returned my first one to the manufacturer and had the same issues with the second. The coffee holder locks before the handle is centered, it pushes back from the pressure so you have to hold it and the steam wand blows off from the pressure and is extremely difficult to lock. Returning the second one tomorrow

Then I found this new one and it so easy to use love it. The price is decent and quality of coffee and heat of your frothing is perfect.

This machine is perfect for casual espresso consumer who do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on it. The overall cost for enjoy latte is surprisingly reduced if you use this machine to produce more than 100 cups :)

Quick to heat, quiet operation, produces delicious rich espresso. Easy clean up too! My only complaint is that after 2 weeks use this has developed a water drip from the top corner. I'll be calling about this problem.

She didn't like it so much at first because you have to shut the stream off manually but after a few cups she liked being able to control the amount of brew.
