Love it. Best bang for your buck once you know how to use it. If I understood the “manual” vs “automatic” aspect before buying, I might have spent the extra money on an automatic but you can beat the price in this one.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift. Works as expected. Simple & straight forward to use, It's a manual espresso maker so you'll have to shut it off by hand when the desired amount of coffee has been poured into your cup.

Really great machine. Easy to set up and easy to use. I used coffee pods before and this is so much nicer. The extra cleaning is worth it and only takes a few minutes. I love it

Outside of the fact that I was initially sent a USED system and I paid for NEW... The espresso machine itself isnt bad. It does what it is ment to. I'm experimenting with ground vs pods. So far it doesn't seem to give a gark enough brew from the ground. It could be that I'm not grinding it find enough. The fact that it's manual (meaning it will not stop brewing on its own, you have to stop it) is kinda tasking for people who do multiple things at once

Prob my best investment into being upright and human as an older adult. Easy to clean, simple, and gives my coffee the boost that it needs. So glad I purchased this little machine!

My old espresso machine was turning into a pressure bomb so I finally broke down and bought a new one. I was interested in an all-in-one press, drip, and grinder, but that was out of stock in-store and I bought this instead to get by. Honestly, it does everything I need and I'm super happy. I especially like the removable mesh in the bottom of the cups. It's also $800-900 cheaper than the all-in-one.

Makes great shots and great foam. Outperformed our Delonghi that cost more than twice as much in the foam department. The Delonghi died a sudden death and we needed a replacement and decided to try this machine and we're glad we did. Minor complaint is that it's difficult to see the remaining water level. Maybe back lighting would help.
