I wanted to start off with something small and this was the right move. The machine is easy to use. It does not take up too much space on my counter. There are somethings I'm still learning, but the espresso shots have been great so far. I think for a beginner this is a great option and the price is great.

I didn't want to spend $500 on a higher end model as the ROI just wasn't there. This is a GREAT espresso machine for the money and love the double extraction. Definitely a great purchase for the price and a great upgrade.

He especially loves the wand but just so you know, it doesn't include the frothing jug. You need to buy that separately. Other than that it's a great entry level machine.

Its easy to use although it helps to have a little understanding of cappuccino and how to froth milk. I have had fun trying the different combinations and flavors.
