Customers commend the DEDICA Espresso Machine for its espresso quality, ease of use, and compact size, making it suitable for small spaces. The design and 15-bar pressure are also appreciated, along with the efficient Thermoblock heating system. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the steamer's functionality and the quality of the included tamper.

So much better than a keurig! Actually taste like a good coffee hut drink and much cheaper! Our only gripe is that you can’t use the steamer simultaneously with pouring shots..but it’s easy to figure out and get a system down so it’s still smooth!

Easy to use and clean. Once a week wash out filter holder. Wash frothier after each use. Tray pulls out to clean off. Uses regular ground coffee and coffee pods. Makes one cup or 2 cups. A little luxury in the morning.

I bought it about a month ago, and so far it's doing what It says it will do on the package.... can't really get better than that. (of course it could be better if it came with wads of Benjamins crammed into the box, but I'm attempting to be realistic here)

The Delonghi Dedica Espresso machine is a perfect espresso machine for small and normal house holds. With a sleek metal build, it gives a nice deluxe touch to a machine that doesn't cost +1000 dollars. The espresso pull on this machine is good with good crema and the milk foam made is alright. It'll get VERY foamy which is great but if you're looking for perfectly "wet paint" texture as seen with standard milk foam, it's about 90% close. But if you're not intending to make milk foam art, this is a perfect machine to have. Cleaning is very easy and the functionality of the machine is very easy as well. Simply press single, double, or steam, and that's about it. You can customize the amount of espresso pulled so that's a nice touch too for next time. A well-worth purchase for espresso lovers starting to get into drinking espresso.

We purchased this to help entice our son and his fiancé back before next Christmas. It will save us money by not needing to buy coffee at Barnes and Noble or Starbucks. The espresso mad in this machine is even better than anything made even by professional baristas.

After my Krups steam espresso maker finally died I decided to upgrade to a pump machine and I'm so glad I did. This machine makes an espresso that rivals Starbucks and it steams milk to a wonderful foam. I've only owned this espresso maker for 2 months but so far, it's great.

I used the DeLonghi Dedica EC680 machine at a friends house and was pleased with the results of the coffee it produces. I did additional research anyway to see if there was something better on the market. After that consideration, I went with this machine as well since it has a small footprint, fairly easy to clean, and straight forward to use. Certainly doesn't have all the bells and whistles as other espresso machines, but does the job and has a frother when needed. Overall please with the machine with about a months usage.

I had the fancy shmancy one from Starbucks and that one was put to rest after many years of amazing service. This unit is more compact and does the job, so I'm VERY impressed. Don't be fooled by the size because you'll like the coffee it makes.

Pretty good machine for manual. Would recommend not using tap water or Starbucks espresso. Use still water and Lavazza espresso. Need for decalcification occurs way too early and is not effective as prompt continues after complete decalcification with delonghi decalcifier solution.

Could be a bit more sturdy. The tamper is plastic and needs to be metal and really needs a burr grinder, but for the price point, it's good.

I drink coffee everyday, and have for years. I used french press, pour over, auto machines etc. I am no snob when it comes to coffee, but I can discern great from terrible. The shots pulled by this machine were creamy and tasteful right out of the gate. No real learning curve on this machine. I will say I need help at becoming a milk frothing expert, but a few youtube videos and I'm sure I will make some progress. Anyhow, sharp looking machine, nice compact size, great shot's right out of the box.

Why spend more for a costly expresso machine. This unit really delivers plus with a froth milk steam attachment. Make it a priority to buy if you like expresso, cappuccino or a latte.

Pros:
- Made tasty home espresso
- easy to use for all in the family
Cons:
- This machine was simply not high enough quality to stand up to regular use. After 3 months of regular use it simply broke…water came out of all orifices, regardless the function chosen . After a lengthy “prove it to me” process, Delonghi replaced the machine. Second machine broke with 2 months of daily use. I was frustrated and didn’t report the breakage immediately. When I did go through the lengthy “prove it to me” support process again, it was just outside the 1-year mark and the company refused to help anymore.
If you want home made espresso on the regular, don’t buy this machine. Save your money and buy a real one.
