Beautiful machine, easy to use, and most importantly it makes some great espresso. For the price I don't think you can beat it.

This is one of the best purchases we've ever made. We had a capsule coffee maker for several years, but tired of the lack of choice well as the cost per capsule, as well as the rising costs at a well known national coffee chain. I did a lot of research since this is not an inexpensive machine but took the plunge and we love it! It is easy to use (read the directions) and we love the ability to make both iced coffee and many types of hot coffee drinks. It is fast, the coffee is delicious, and we are saving $10-15/day by not going to the national coffee chain or between $4-8/day not buying capsules (I was shocked to learn that one of the capsule coffees we preferred cost $2 for EACH CAPSULE!). The Dinamica Truebrew machine will easily pay for itself in about three months and after that, we will save almost $3,000 a year! Best of all, the coffee is as good as, if not better than the coffee we bought at that large national chain. One note if you buy this - be sure to use medium roast beans and not dark roast to avoid damage (dark roast beans have a lot of oils on the bean surface which could cause issues).

Easy to use. It does prompt to descale more frequently than expected which takes some time but well worth it for the quality coffee!!! Also great capability to adjust cup sized for cafe americano!

This machine is awesome! My wife and I frequent the local coffee house and the amount of money we have saved in the first month making our favorite drinks at home is amazing. Super easy to use and produces a great product.

I purchased the Dinamica TrueBrew model of the automatic coffee and Espresso machine and have really loved it so far. Operating instructions were simple and the machine was easy to install. Also, the sleek design is great for leaving it on my bar and is not an eye sore like some other automatic espresso machines. I love the Long coffee as well as the Espresso. The cold coffee is good but I have not been able to get the right amount of concentration for my liking so far - probably due to the beans I use? The only con from my perspective is that I would like water temperature to be higher than the maximum possible. I have had this machine for less than a month so still trying to get the right blend but has been terrific so far.

Had the machine for about a month and Love it! Makes the best coffee ever. Completely automatic, just put in your favorite beans and make an espresso, coffee or cappuccino.

I love this machine. I use it everyday, at least once, often more - for the last 2 years. Very easy to use while I am busy in the morning trying to get ready and steamer is perfect height to place travel coffee cups under. If you drink from a smaller/house cup may be an issue for you. I use standard 20oz cup.

Purchased to replace an aging Jura C5. I'm very happy with it. I was worried about the Delonghi being a step back from the Jura, but it make just as good as coffee.

I've tried a couple different brands for automatic espresso machines and let me tell you, each one gave me such issues I had to return. But this one so far (it's been a month) has been great. It took awhile to get into the groove but the espresso is smooth and delicious. While it isn't like the manual machines in terms of taste, it's perfect if you are always in a hurry like me. Well worth the purchase, but doesn't come with anything. You have to buy the accessories, for this price - they should include it! Also, it's super loud. So you can't really make espresso without waking up your household or scaring your animals away.

Amazing machine. Makes a perfect espresso, or drip coffee. Extremely easy to use. Starting out the mornings wit freshly ground coffee beans is a real perk.

Simple and easy to use. Makes great coffee. Options for strength, type and amount of coffee are good. Easy to clean once you’ve gone through the process one time. I miss the clock and programmable automatic start time of my old model, but this only takes 40 seconds to heat up so that is quick enough for me. Really enjoying the iced coffee option and use it just as much or more than regular espresso mode.
