I would have given 5 stars but after maybe 3 weeks it stopped brewing completely. The buttons all appeared to work but the machine wouldn't actually do anything.. when I called the manufacturer they told me this was a "known issue" with the model.. I was able to exchange for another one and will give it one more chance given the quality of coffee and ease of use

The second one the time won’t set (kept it anyway because all stores were out of it in my area). The espresso is good, the coffee maker is great.

A love/hate relationship

I loved everything about the machines for the first 8-10 months of having them. However, about 10 months into the first machine I had started coming up short with the amount of coffee it would dispense versus the requested amount (ex: I would set for a 6 cups but it would only give 4 cups). About 8 months into the second machine, it would start descaling on the espresso side randomly. The first machine, I replaced with the same product via geek squad. The second machine, I ended up replacing with a Ninja product instead. This machine was perfect until it started acting up. I would not recommend this model in the future.

We loved the first one so much, after many years of faithful service, we bought the latest model when we moved to a new house. Frothed milk and espresso shots on the weekends, programmed pot of coffee at 5:30 AM during the week.
