Worked for about a month, made excellent coffe and expressos. Vapor pressure strong and makes quick work of milk. Lasted about a month when pumps started to fail. Warranty repair would take 2 months. Returned and got a Ninja. Such a shame as this has so much potential.

Having coffee options is fantastic and so easy to use. There is thing that I would change to make this perfect! I would eliminate the glass carafe and the hot plate for a stainless steel carafe. I personally hate coffee that continues to “cook” after brewing.

She is Italian, so she hated pretty much all American coffee. In contrast, espresso from this machine makes her face light up every time (best investment I've ever made). I can wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Brad Pitt is in my coffee maker!

But I will never buy this brand again. There is something wrong with the engineering of this device. The steamer always gets clogged with “air” according to customer service, and now the electronics are going wonky. The timer keep’s switch from a 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock. If we are brewing it keeps keeping and going from auto to brewing. It is possessed by Brad Pitt’s ghost. (De’Longhi’s spokesperson) ;) don’t buy this unless you want this ghost in your house.
