The frothing wand will not work. The steam button lights up continuously and I can hear water heating up because it released a little steam but not from the wand. I think I have made about five espressos in the couple of weeks that I’ve had it. I use the drip coffee daily and the auto setting for the majority of the time. I did notice that the Bold feature only worked once when using auto setting. I didn’t give it too much thought. I can use the Bold when not in auto setting. But the frothing wand was a big part of my purchasing decision. For the price I expected to get a few years out of it. I called the customer service line for Delonghi but it is after hours. I’ll try again tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll remember to update my review.
