    Coffee side worked but once we pressed the button to use the espresso side there was a loud pop and the machine shut off completely. I will update my review after returning this product and using the espresso side on the exchange.

    Something on the unit leaks, i need to take it back for warranty. It does not heat up the coffee very well. I have to microwave it after the coffee is made.
