It’s straightforward to use and consistently gives great coffee.

But I expected too much. Brews aren’t as full tasting compared to other brands.

A little pricey but good for easy home use

Stopped working after two weeks.

It was really disappointing for it I really liked all that it could do.

Mind you the power switch was off. Bestbuy won’t help at all.

But over all my family and i are loving this machine.
