We have use other brands and can easily set it up and begin enjoying coffee but this one, maybe because of the digital display is hard to configure the water it need for the type of coffee you want. We exchange it for the simplert one with analog controls and it works great.

The espresso feature broke within 2 months and the coffee brewer broke within 4 months rendering the machine completely useless. In addition, the coffee carafe leaked constantly. Over $300 is literally sitting in our garbage can right now. I will never buy this junk brand again.

I ended regifting and giving it away. Second worse item that I purchased that costed me over $200.00 Do Not Buy this item if you want great results, Mr. Coffee produces better coffee. The espresso part works fine but you will literally spend 30 minutes making a hot latte

Talked with someone from Delonghi and they wanted to send me to an appliance dealer and charge me. What a rip off. Also the espresso portion, the water doesn’t get that hot. So disappointed!!
