    If I could give -10 stars I would. This is the WORST coffee machine of my entire life. The door for the drip coffee seems to be "locked" somehow. Every single time I need to refill water and ground coffee I have to use force to open. It doesn't open easily and makes a huge Click sound ( I'm several times worried that it will break something) It drips water in the back ( Expresso side) No matter how many times I use a descaling solution plus flushing several times, plus changing the water filter... No matter how many times I do that this machine produces THE MOST BITTER COFFEE !!! And I use quality beans that I ground myself like I always did and was great on my old Keurig machine that I also bought at best buy. I'm so incredibly disappointed. It's a 300 dollars machine and was such a waste of money.

    Not a great coffee or espresso maker. Leaked water 8 months after buying. The coffee maker I had for half the price before made a better cup of coffee. Thought I was upgrading but I was not. Wish I had bought something else.

    We used this machine for about 4 months then the steamer lost pressure and will not work correctly. I would not suggest this machine to anyone.

    Electric issue

    I bought this machine in 2022 and we were very excited. The first couple of months was working fine but after few the timer & clock keeps changing by itself. When we set it up to make coffee in the morning time some times it does, some times doesn't and some times the coffee is cold. Some time it totally turns off by its own. I don't know what is going on with this machine and it's not any much helpful for us.

    Giving it 2 stars because when it works it’s great. Way too many parts to keep up with. It cuts itself on and off. The brewed coffee tastes flat- not sure how to describe it. Disappointed with my purchase
