    HORRIBLE PRODUCT! I really wanted to love this machine and I should have listen to the prior reviews but I chose to purchase it anyway. Literally TWO months after having this machine, It was malfunctioning. From turning on its own to the clock running as if it was trying to be set to the espresso part not working at all. I really wish I would have registered my product when I bought it so that I could have returned it but it completely slipped my mind. Please read the other reviews. DO NOT BUY this machine. It IS beautiful and IF it worked it WOULD be the best of both worlds but it is a total waste of money.

    Bought the coffee maker on September 19, 2022 and it stopped working on September 25, 2023. The manufacture warranty is only good for a year, so given the price we paid for it, I would expect it to be better quality. We changed the filter regularly and only used filtered water so that shouldn’t have been the issue. I would recommend buying the extended warranty if you decide to buy this product.

    Poor electrical components

    The milk frother and espresso side has never worked well. Not defective, just isn't good at all. Recently, the electronics have seemed to start shorting to the point where the espresso button has started turning itself on. Without any water, the part holding the portafilter heated up to nearly 200 degrees. As far as I'm concerned, this was just a poor all in one coffee maker, now it's also a fire hazard.

    Had to replace twice within 2 years ( wand not working/ leaking etc.) good thing we had the protection plan an ended getting store credit the third time, buying a different brand.

    This was a huge disappointment. We are espresso drinkers and had a smaller espresso machine that needed to be replaced after years. The espresso part keeps getting sticker with smaller coffee grinds. A real headache. Had to take the pod apart wash it and re do it hoping to work. Imagine doing this every morning. We wash throughly the part the night before and still, coffee keeps getting stuck. I’m about 20 days out of the returning date, this has getting worse with thins. I wished I had returned it earlier. Save your 250, shop for somewhere else.

    The milk frother does not work all the time, and ends up over filling the drain reservoir. This leaves a mess under the unit that continues to have to be cleaned.

    It quit making espresso after one week. I had high hopes for this machine and was utterly and thoroughly disappointed. The only good thing was Best Buy has great customer service.

    Possessed coffee machine

    Had this coffee machine for over 2 years now and it has literally NEVER operated as designed/intended. The milk frother worked maybe 4 times total before it just completely died. Ive cleaned and decaulked the machine numerous times, didn’t fix it. The time will randomly change, the buttons seem to hit themselves and it’ll do whatever it wants whenever it wants, not what you want.

    Beware, missing parts.... don’t order online

    I would have loved to have used this coffee maker right out of the box, except the glass carafe and directions are missing. Makes the product kind of useless without them both. I’m not sure if this was a technicality or what but how is one able to make coffee without directions on how to use the machine and the actual coffee pot missing???? Had this delivered and the nearest Best Buy that has this stocked is 25 miles away. I ended up ordering the carafe on Amazon so for now it’s a useless coffee maker sitting on my counter collecting dust. Thanks Best Buy.....
